Pros: They have a variety of ice cream flavors to to choose from -- I like that a lot. From chocolate candy gift baskets to baking recipes, their factory is definitely fully stocked! Their menu has so much to choose from! Love the combination of espresso and dark chocolate! If you inquire and luck out during the holidays or after the holidays, they tend to offer sales and specials! Dont miss out on this one! Cons: Factory is a bit too crowded and wait can be up to 20 minutes, depending on the crowd. Location is a bit far off and in between towns. Seats tend to run out due to the maximum capacity in the factory. Would be cool if they expanded the building a bit.

Give the label outlet to anything seems to draw people, this is a huge distribution facility with a candy store and ice cream shop in a small corner section of the massive building. The young staff members were very nice and friendly. The ice cream served is Dreyers, I will say, they give you a generous scoop, for that I will add a star. They sell huge bags of individually wrapped chocolate in a huge variety of flavors, maybe that is not something you can easily find. Its a stop on the way to someplace else but it is not a destination.

This Ghirardelli outlet is great for low cost Ghirardelli chocolates. Even better is that their ice cream bar is also discounted. Service is generally quick and friendly. You are always welcomed with a free chocolate square sample (often the seasonal special). Chocolate selections vary by season, but there is usually a fairly large selection. Their ice cream and baked goods (brownies/cookies) are always fresh. I am partial to their Cookie Bits Sundae, but everything is pretty good here.

This place is great except for the location. From the highway, it looks like its right there. But in reality, you have to drive out into the back of some industrial complex to get to it. That being said, the shop is behind their warehouse and so it doesnt kind of make sense. The prices, however, are not what youd expect. Theyre still pretty expensive. The menu is pretty unhealthy, but really good. Not bad for a once every 6 months visit.

Pretty small, only one unisex restroom. It sells coffee but not too much indoor seating is offered and the outdoor seating is right next to a parking lot and the freeway. But lets face it, youre here for the awesome prices on chocolates! It has a bulk section where you can fill up your bags with anything you would like. Has 5lbs bags at a fraction of a cost with a variety and many special packaged chocolate is available!

Love the chocolate, great coffee, service gone down hill.This cup of ice cream cup size is smaller than use to be, also i pointed out to the employees my cup was not full , his explanation (because we are required to provide calorie count in the future we are giving you less ice cream, but the charge is the same ) was a rip off $ 7.95 for a 14 oz ice cream cup. use to be twice the size. :(

Delicious chocolate and ice cream. Expensive prices 9.00 $ for a Sundae that comes in a plastic cup the size of a small/medium soft drink. Boutique style when it paints itself as a factory outlet. Nice workers clean and air conditioned for hot valley days. But if your in Modesto or Stockton dont make a trip. Theres others that provide great ice cream sundaes closer to where you live.

Outstanding reputation tiny shop not much to choose from. Righ outside the door there is a sign that says the outlet is 60% off retail prices. Not up to 60%. but straight up 60%. Bull the prices were the same as retail. good chocolate though, and it literally smells like a chocolate factory inside my cloths reeked of scrumptious chocolate for about an hour. You gotta give them that.

We love dropping in over here on our way back into Stockton. The orices and chocolate is super yummy!! I recently had a hot white mocha here and it was delicious...keep in mind i enjoy my coffee sweet. When you walk in you are greeted with a sample of candy. It is quite cozy in there and there is outside seating as well. The price is right for whole sale yummy chocolate.

Good sale after Christmas, though the expiration date of products are around summer and fall the following year. The decadent hot chocolate is casually super thick like a chocolate sauce. Its listed next to hot cocoa, which made me think its hot chocolate but I cant drink thick chocolate sauce as a drink. Consider yourself warned!

It is a very nice but small place. There is a lot of chocolate everywhere but you always get greeted at the door and offered a sample. The service is good. I got my ice cream fast hardly any wait and the ice cream and chocolate was outstanding... But if you see a guy named Anthony there stay away from him!! (Hes mine!)

If you happen to be passing through on I-5, its worth a stop. You can save a couple of bucks over a Ghirardelli retail ice cream shop, and they have deals on their chocolate as well. Theyve gotten a bit pricey in my opinion, but its a nice cool off spot when youre trucking through the hot and dusty San Joaquin Valley.

Fantastic chocolate, combined with a super friendly staff makes this a great place to stop if youre in the area. It was a surprise to me that they have ice cream and a small seating area inside or an umbrella covered table outside. Everything here is reduced by at least 20% and a few items are as much as 50%.

Their original fudge sundae is what I always get and it is tasty every time. Their cups did get smaller for them since my last visit though which is kind of a bummer since they were pretty big before (better to match the price). Still I come here whenever I need a guilty pleasure.

The location is odd and out of the way but the ice cream and chocolate is well worth the effort. The cafe is small but service is quick and there are Ghirardelli products for sale everywhere. Definitely a great place for some ice cream after dinner as long as it isnt too late.
