I live in the area and visit often due to my passing by regularly. Service is crap....foods cold 85% of the time and I in the past 3 weeks have purposely over ordered because they dont give me all my order. I pray each time I go they forget something in ordered extra or. today I ordered not 20 minutes ago and I ordered 2 Jrs 1 cheeseburger 2 lg reg fries and 2 bacon dbls. I got 1 med fry (cold and disgusting) a dbl cheeseburger (also cold and almost inedible due to lack of condiments) 2 reg hamburgers. I used to complain to management but it didnt do any good. Today was my final trip to that location in fear that the next time I go and they mess up my order I may have to go inside, make my order myself, then once Im finished stuff it in the cooks face so he can see what a order done right looks like. I hope other have a better experience with those fools than I have.

Went twice to this location only because my hotel is right next door and both times were very unprofessional. First time the cashier decided to have a random conversation with someone mind you that was not ordering and had nothing to do with the job. Second they got my order wrong and when i had confronted them instead of giving me my refund because i had gotton over charged they just wanted to give me something else at that price. Employees standing around on the clock, no ice, pretty much kids running that location. Should of went to McDonalds! Definitely not going back!!!! Check your order before you leave.

My husband and i came into drive thou tonight and they got my sandwich wrong and we werent mad. but when we went bk to drive thou to get my sandwich right the manager wasnt mean just wasnt nice i idk his name but he kinda had a attuide. the girl who took the order she was nice and she said sorry but the manager should say sorry we will fix that for ya. I work in a fast food place and my manager is nicer then that. So just wanted to let u guess know. The date is Nov 1 at 6:13 or 6:14 i think.

Today I went to Burger King drive-through and ordered to New York cheesecake slices when I got home to pull one out I only had one Oreo cheesecake. How can you possibly mess it up that bad? Me and my daughter went there this past Saturday I got a meal for her meal for me to small fries got home only one fry was in there. How do you mess things up like that so often?

I just went to this Burger King just before 10 oclock but the lobby shuts at 11 at night manager would not open the doors to let me in or he would serve me through the drive-thru I drive a big truck thats why I go to the lobby why did he shut the door so early will not eat there again. I would have gave it to you of stars but you have to least give one.

I just went in to this establishment and placed a very specific order for a custom made original chicken sandwich. I was greeted upon entry and served promptly. Was a clean kitchen and friendly crew and well managed work environment. The sandwich I ordered was nearly perfect. Almost as if I had put it together my self. Great job guys! :)

The bathrooms were disgusting enough most women wouldnt hover in it, the counter person showed his quality of work with his appearance for which I got the wrong size drink cup, far from hot fries, and apparently he wanted me to eat there for which I had no time for. I have yet to die from the food, so two stars.

Third time in a row I didnt get what I ordered and expected. Even after returning and explaining what was wrong. I like this BK because its normally cleaner than some others locally. But service has sucked lately. Too many young people not paying attention to orders.

Came in on Wednesday evening about 7 pm. Ordered two whoppers, coffee, and water. Out of coffee. Out of water. What?? Shop was freezing with ac on full blast. Whoppers OK but not worth stopping for. If this represents the BK experience, sell your stock quickly!

It was fast food! Whopper was hoping and tasty. Service was lightening fast. So my hunger was killed and I was in and out and back on my way down the Maine turnpike in no time. Win.

Probably the nicest Burger King I have ever been in. Service was a little slow because the drive thru was busy, but when the celtics are on both the flat screen tvs you hardly notice.
