Worst taco bell I have ever been to. Tacos didnt even taste like tacos. My sisters burrito had completely overcooked beef in it and it was white. The woman who brought us food said she was the only one there but there was over 5 people behind the counter. I asked for 3 supreme Tacos and got 3 Tacos with just beef and a sprinkle of lettuce. The floors were so dirty, and when I went to wash my hands in the bathroom I notice crap splattered on the floor and on the toilet seat. As I walked out I noticed a sign that read "Our managers check and clean the bathrooms every 30 minutes." I chuckled as I walked out.

I dont understnd why it would take 25 minutes to get food when there were at least 5 people behind the counter. This is the 2nd time in 2 months that this had happened, I love Taco Bell, but the working person can not get their food and eat during a lunch break. They look staffed with enough people. Im only giving 1 star and I wouldnt do that if I could post with no stars! Could someone please answer the question of what is the problem? I really would like an answer.

Worst taco bell ever...they short change you on the filling and my food was cold. When I drove back around they took the food I handled back into the restaurant and put it back on the grill which caused cross contamination. I had to tell them how to fix it and was given attitude from the drive thru girl who looked like she hadnt cleaned up in a week. Walnut Ridge Taco Bell is so much better.

My sisters crunchwrap tasted like soap both yesterday and today. Further inspection reveals they are using stale taco shells. This isnt the first time theyve served us a disgusting meal, but its definitely the most offensive. Dont even get me started on the staffs inability to produce a proper damn burrito! The staffers need to start kicking ass or get fired themselves.

Would give this zero stars. Made an order for my nephew which is 2 and half years old and the customer service was horrible they laughed at our order and everyone was just standing around on their phones. Manager didnt even say anything. Worst experience at Taco Bell.

Would love to give negative stars! Discusting! Ordered 2 spicy potato tacos and the potatoes were hard as rocks! Steak qasorito and the steak was shredded beef that taste like burnt dog food. Shame on this taco bell!
