Let me start by saying I used to love the food that chick-fil-a brings to baton rouge. From the first date they opened up in baton rouge, I have supported them religiously because of the food and customer service. After they got too busy and decided to close down for a month or so to renovate, they open back up with a newer attitude. They have grown a big head and customer service is not the same anymore. Once, I ordered and pay with a credit card. I forgot to get my card back from the cashier and called in after I got home to ask them if they had found a card there. They girl that answers the phone was so rude and obnoxious that not only did she not wait for me to stop asking but rudely said they didnt have anyones card there. Long story short, I just reported the card as lost. I really cant blame them because I forgot to ask for my card back. Today, I order some food only to find out that there were hair in our drinks. I didnt not care to confront them anymore but wanted people to know their service levels have gone down. The initial reason I love chick-fil-a was the service we had when we go there.

Horrible service! I always get a spicy chicken market salad. Thats the one with bleu cheese, strawberries, apples and blueberries. I got tonight and the manager looked at me like I had purple skin and a horns! She says she doesnt know she can do that. Instead of get angry I said never mind the salad and continued you to order the rest of the order for my family. Another manager steps in and asked about the salad and tell her what I wanted and shes a OK we can do that. So we get the order we check it. theres no blue cheese no fruit just a bed of lettuce with some chicken.

I work at Team Toyota on ONeal lane. All of my coworkers love this place! We go at least 2 xs a week, and are always satisfied. I decided to go on a Friday afternoon with my boyfriend and accidently left my purse there. One of the girls looked me up on Facebook to let me know! Outstanding food, people, environment... I can go on and on. Customer service everywhere else in my area sucks compared to this place. You guys just keep doing what you are doing. Fantastic people with great manners, are quick, efficient, and kind. :)

After driving 10 hours we decided to stop by a Chickfila since we usually get great service and smiling faces. Got here and had five employees standing at cashier end up just staring at us not even a single hello or if we need or anything or what we wanted our order, we had to approach them. Didnt ask if I wanted sauces and just stared at us till we sat down.. When our food was bought out I havent even sat and he didnt attempt to get near me just stretched out his arm and said here you go.

Wont lie. This is my least favorite chickfila. Food is good. But the staff is not nearly as upbeat and friend as the other chickfilas. The manager lady was the one who surprised me. Her tone was just kind of rude. They also dont offer the plastic kid table covers. When I asked for one they gave me the paper thing they put on the trays. = my 1&1/2 year old would just put on it and his food would fall all over. And his grilled chicken made the paper soggy. Should for sure rethink that.

Beside having the best chicken sandwich in town. I have to say this location has the best customer service. I commend the staff for an execellent job. They really take care their customer. Me and my wife really enjoy coming here for longest. I rarely write reviews for a fast food restaurant but they deserve it. They come service you at your table. They always come around ask how you are doing and ask to fill up your drinks. Thank you for being a great part of our community.

It Saturday 6/11/2016 I was late getting my companys lunch order together . When I got to chick Fila on miller ville road in baton rouge,la there had to be 60 people insid and 50 in the drive through. I ordered 22 chicken sandwiches with 12 fries and another combo meal. I was out of he store in less than 10 minutes . What a team they have their at the location. Our company will not by chickfila from any location.

I only frequent Chick-fil-A because my 10-year-old daughter lovesssss this place!!! Nonetheless, the customer service is ALWAYS superb. My last visit on 4/8/17 @9:56 pm, the supervisor looked @my credit card & said, "Thanks, Ms. Cristal." Very personable & I love it. P.S. Please allow McDonalds staff on ONeal Lane to take advantage of your customer service training resources.

Just ate there 6-1-17. And it was hands down the second best meal I have ever had in my entire life.... I had 3 twelve piece grilled nuggets, 2 entrees samies and two sweet teas. Of course multiple sauces because sauce is boss and a chocolate chip cook to top it off aka nectar. This meal was only second to the first meal I ate at this same chick fila a some weeks ago. Bites babe...

I frequent this chick fila and it is usually pretty clean. I hadnt dined in for a while and today is was gross. I wiped the changing table in the bathroom before changing my baby and the baby wipe was black! Then we went to the play area and there was trash everywhere, the slides and steps looked like they hadnt been cleaned in months, and the windows were covered in handprints.

This location is always on top of their game. Always friendly and smiling! They quickly take your order and through some sort of voodoo black magic they have your exact order, fresh hot and correct before you even have a chance to grab your napkins, straw, ketchup, etc. All fast food restaurants need to come see how it is supposed to be done.

4 days before Christmas, this place is slammed at least 50 inside, 2 drive thru lanes backed up out to the road. That being said, I walked up to the order line placed my order and had it minutes. There areally a couple of employees walking around keeping the place clean and making sure everyone has what they need. What excellent service.

The manager here has no respect for his female employees. He talks at them instead of to them. A young lady offering great customer service. Receives horrible treatment by manager until she broke down in tears. She turned away and cried behind a door. Then returned with the remaining moisture of tears to finish her shift. My heart

Was never a big fan of chicken tender/strip places until eating at this place. For starters the place is always clean and welcoming and despite a full house follows through with terrific service. They made the blueprint on customer service all businesses should immulate. Always a big fan of this location.

Always a very nice stop at any Chick Fil A --- but this one could have used a tad bit more personalized service. I am used to servers walking around asking people to refill their cups ---- and this is the FIRST Chick Fil A that didnt do that (to any one).
