From the moment this Pizza Hut has opened in this location, it has been nothing but a horror story. When the store for opened I gave them a shot, placing an order online, but after 45 minutes I called to check the status. I was told that my order was out for delivery. Another 20 minutes go by, I was told again that my order was still out for deliver. I live not even ten minutes away, just to let you know. So... After over an hour, I called once more, then I was told, Im sorry, were closed. The next morning, I immediately called the corporate office to make a complaint. Here it is almost a year later, so I decided to give them yet another shot by making an online order, lets just say not a damn thing has changed and i still havent received my order. Never again.

I made an order online for delivery that a crew member took upon themselves to cancel, when I called for the order I was told that a man called in and cancelled it. I overheard a crew member (the one who answered my call) telling someone else to tell me because she didnt feel like being bother with the issue. There isnt a man in my home, only my four year old son. The service at this location is always horrible with horrible food and customer service and if I hear one more story of the management team stealing money.....this location need to be closed down until a more capable crew is hired.

Screw this place! Do not order from here at all! A bunch of trashy people who dont cook the food all the way is all youll get service from! I placed TWO different orders at TWO different dates, BOTH deliveries never being sent to my house! After calling to see about getting a status update, I was HUNG UP ON TWICE! If a person by the name of RHONDA answers the phone, IMMEDIATELY HANG UP! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!

Ok they open for business at 11AM. I called at 10:49... just 11 minutes before the door gets unlocked and was told to call back at 11. If a customer called my store and the door was locked, but the phone was answered... Id take their order rather than have them go to Express Pizza or Johnnys or Domino. just saying... someone needs a few lessons in common sense.

EVERY TIME I order Pizza Hut I get extra sauce but these incompetent a holes NEVER EVER PUT IT. I have to be obnoxious about it and say EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA sauce and EVERY TIME IT WILL BE BONE DRY. like they thought it would be funny to do the opposite of what they say. I drive to BRUSLY every time now because this place is not worth it.

This rating is for customer service .. Was put on hold and I timed it just to be curious .. I was waiting at a company anyway. Over 10 minutes !! Their computers are always down. They never have a delivery driver. They never answer the phone. The employees are running this business into the ground and they dont care. The less business they have, the less they have to do. Horrible employees!

They pick up the phone then hang up so they dont have to do anything. Just called 5 times in a row. I can hear them pick up the phone then hang up and laughing in the background. Whoever owns this location needs to fire everyone and start over.

WORST staff EVER!! Phone skills are terrible, communication is worse. How is the owner letting this happen? Been on hold for 24 minutes now, just seeing how long itll go...........ridiculous.
