Ugh. Where to begin. I ordered at 5:30, got called 20 minutes later saying they didnt have a delivery driver so I had to come pick it up. Showed up by 6 when it was supposed to be delivered by, and it still wasnt even ready. Honesty this particular store really cannot get out of their own way. After the previous order screw up Im done. I hate to say it but frozen pizza will be my pizza of choice for as long as I live in New Roads. Btw, I order at 5:30 and its 20 after 6 and Im still waiting. Edit: called the district manager but really no resolution happened, and then after I got home found out the marinara sauce for the bread sticks was ice cold. A nice little punch in the face to end out a fantastically horrible experience.

I cant believe this place today we order pizza and wings like ever Saturday they say our wing shop is down so no wings. Then they call back to say they have no mid pan crust pizza. What the hack is going on. I guess this one will be close in next. Not good at all.

Theyve never bothered to replace the delivery driver who quit after the flood. They routinely get my order wrong and nothing is ever offered aside from the opportunity to wait while they make another one, or simply suck it up and pay in full for the wrong thing.

I ordered pizza hut at 3:35 it was supposed to be down at 4:05. Its 5:30 and no one has delivered my wings yet. I called up there and they said "Sorry but our delivery is closed" THATS ALWAYS WITH THEM. ITS SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!

Almost always out of something. Either a type of crust, toppings or wings. Service just isnt what it used to be, and wait times get longer and longer.
