Im at the Waffle House on hwy 59 @ I-12, two waitress s one large one with red/ pink hair, was outside on her phone when I got here, store is dirty( floor), she came in after I was served by a skinny young girl. Immediately went back outside on her phone again after she saw I was only one in store. She came back in and is now sitting at counter eating. Floor is extremely dirty.

Me and hubby hungry 1am got a grill chicken sandwich & grill chicken salad. Our experience was great the cook & waiter was awesome they were clean always washing their hand!! Food was fresh, tasty & not overpriced.They were very polite even though they were crowded.

Staff dis not have a customer focus. It seemed like they were there to be loud and joke around with eachother while making loud comments about customers and other employees. My food was as expected, but i wont return to this location.
