This was my first time to 5 guys because they dont have any in the town I live in (Houma La.) so after my son and I walked into 5 guys we got in line to make our order thats when two men had came up to us because from what we guess was that they saw my son wearing a sticker on his shirt from St . Tammany hospital he and his wife just had a baby that day so the two men introduced there selfs not as the owners but as two men just congratulating my son on his new born child and offered to pay for our lunch we then found out from the young man taking our order that those two men we were talking to were two of the owners they are in my opinion great guys and because of the way these two men treated us along with the great service from the employees and of the way they all made us feel so welcomed and comfortable I will be a life long five guys fan not to mentioned the fact that the food is fresh not frozen one of the two men told me to look around you wont find a freezer in here haha the employees are great and the burgers and fries were the best Ive ever had and also I found out from one of the two men that 5 guys will be coming to Houma La soon thanks 5 guys for an awesome experience and for the awesome burgers and fries

Fries are usually very good here and plentiful. A regular order can easily feed two people. Fresh potatoes fried to order. The burgers are just ok. Two simple changes could make them much better. 1. Season the burger. 2. Dont smash all the juice out of them while they cook. I also recommend using their app to preorder. Very easy and very convenient.

My favorite place to get a burger. I also enjoy the Cajun fries, they come out nice and hot, just the way I like them. Great hours and atmosphere. My other place I like to go to locally for a burger is Times Bar and Grillll, but Five Guys is my favorite. Its a little cheaper and I can get in and out quicker then I can at times.

Will not be going back to 5 Guys, this place could at least give you real cheese on your burger instead of the fake process chesse that that give you. Also the french fires must be cut in half in order to fit them in the small cup it comes in. In my opinion serve real cheese and a better way to serve the fries.

These burgers seem to be rather plain. You can doctor them up all you want with fixings and sauces, but the seasoning is just missing. I prefer Lees burgers because the onions are cooked in. I have tried Five Guys about three times, and I dont think I need to try them anymore. If you like plain...

I heard great things about five guys and decided to give it a try. I was disappointed by the size of the burger but the freshness and flavor were fantastic. Im not that big on the free peanuts perks but the simple menu is great including the fries (which I would pass on typically).

Like most other reviewers, Im a big fan. Definitely a step up from the typical fast food burger. Staff is always friendly, service is prompt, ordering is simple, and the restaurant is clean. Five guys is a staple in my familys standard restaurant rotation.

Like legit best fast food burger, even though there is no drive thru its still considered fast food. Its like 800 calories. Already comes with 2 patties, so no need to buy a double. Fries are enormous, no need to get a large. Its just damn good.

They have really good burgers and they give you plenty of fries however its really expensive after taking account in what you are getting in return. You can easily hit 15 dollars per person here just on burgers and fries in fast food setting.

Great burgers, great creole style fries, great service and good prices. They usually fill the bag up with extra fries too so you will not be wanting for fries to say the least. All in all this is a great example of a Five Guys franchise.

Coke freestyle machine gives all drinks an odd orange vanilla taste even if you just want plain coke or root beer. Theres a Winn Dixiee in the same lot. Id get my drinks there first. Otherwise, the burgers are really good.
