Today was NOT a good experience as it usually is. I am a Rewards customer, but today I was told by the counter person, Heather, that I didnt have a reward. I was here yesterday and the counter person asked if I wanted my reward ($1 off soup) and I declined till another time. My receipt showed it good till 8/11/17. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the same thing and told me it most probably expired. She said there was nothing she could do and suggested I call territory manager. When I got my order, I had to ask for the pickle spear and the employee looked at me as if I had an eye on my forehead. Check my rewards card and see how much I frequent Panera! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! ITS SO DELICIOUS!!! I ALWAYS GET THE BIG BOWL OF BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP AND ITS SO DELICIOUS.ITS MY FAVORITE FOOD IN THE WORLD! ITS ALSO SO GREAT WHEN YOU DIP THE FRESHLY PREPARED BREAD IN THE BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP AND IT HAS PERFECT EFFECT!!! Its also a very healthy choice. It has clean ingredient is good for you! No GMOS or artificial preservatives or anything!! Highly recommended !! Especially if your a healthy eater like me!!!

I recently showed up with about 14 hours during the lunch rush. You could see the look of surprise on the team members faces, but they totally took it in stride! While one took our orders, another hopped up to a register to help the other patrons who were trickling in and a third stated preparing our orders while the last of my group was ordering. The food was all very good and the staff was very friendly. I cant wait to go back!

The woman who took our order was extremely short and rude. When we got our food the soup was warm but not hot and the panini sandwich was warm but the contents inside were cold .( iIordered the chicken avocado melt). I ate the soup and and half of the sandwich in which I realized that the chicken was pink. I left panera only to go home and be struck with severe cramping and aches. I had not ate anything else that day.

Food is always great, staff is always friendly and its generally pretty clean. I always get either the broccoli cheddar soup or the chicken ceaser salad as part of my pick two with one of their delicious sandwiches. Oh and their desserts are Amazing! I have never gotten a dessert their I didnt like. If you havent tried Panera Bread you are missing out on a great healthy delicious alternative to fast food.

I have tried Panera several times (mainly because my kids like it) and I just dont get it. The soups and sandwiches habe little taste and the cost is high. The pastries are good but the bread never seems fresh for a "bakery". May be because they come from the delivery truck out back...

Quality of food is good, people are nice, but everything at Panera has shrunk but the price!!! In my last few "Pick Two" orders, the 1/2 sandwich has gone to being smaller than a biscuit!!! I would hate to see what I paid by the once....

Great spot as far as chains go. The food is always good quality and the app makes ordering ahead easy, which is really important with kids. I love the spacious patio ouside for warm summer evenings as long as smokers dont ruin it.

I was so excited when we got a Panera bread in our area. Ive grown to really enjoy their menu from my trips to the Northeast, and kept going wed get over locally. Its conveniently located and has the usual Panera favorites.

We got Panera on the go for a road trip. Traveling for hours on the road can be tough on my stomach but I got the fabulous chicken Caesar and was both satisfied and comfortable for the trip. A bit pricey but worth it.

Stop to pick 2 salads and the salads turn out to be very small and very very expensive for what I got ...no tomatoes ,no egg , just a bad resturant ... No good service either...WILL TELL RVERY ONE SLIP THIS PLACE...

Love Panera bread. While we dont have one in Hammond, LA (although I would love it), we always stop in for a quick fresh meal at the location in Covington. The staff is friendly, fast, and the food is wonderful!
