Normally I would give Firehouse 5 stars, however this evening when I called to place a pickup order I was asked to hold. Now I understand with the time I called that I should expect them to be pretty busy, but thats no excuse to have someone waiting on hold for 15 mins! I placed my call before leaving the grocery store, waited on hold for a few mins before driving home to unload my cold groceries, and even had time to make it almost to the restaurant before someone decided to pick up the phone and finally take my order. Like I said I understand they were busy, but no matter what, a potential paying customer shouldnt be made to wait 15 mins while the cashier takes 5-6 orders. Do better Firehouse! I was extremely tempted to take my business elsewhere tonight!

Hadnt been to a Firehouse in years, but stopped in for lunch on a roadtrip. Got the chicken salad sandwich and was really impressed. Going to check out the Firehouse here at home to see if its just as good!

Check your order before you leave. Our Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket had no Cheddar on it, just BBQ Sauce.
