Mr. Doughtry, this was a horrible experience. My wife & I walked in hungry, and we chose your restaurant. We had no issues being seated, but upon the first server (gentleman with glasses) who came up fairly promptly, we asked if it was possible to go sit outside. It was really hot inside, and it was pretty outside. He said that was no problem, just take our menus and silverware with us, and hed have someone out there in a few minutes (why he couldnt continue taking care of us, I have no idea). Upon entering the outside area, there was one other couple sitting with their drinks. Ill put it to you plainly, the couple sitting there left the restaurant because no server had came back, and it took them 20 minutes to just get drinks, and your staff got them wrong. They mentioned that they only got an hour for lunch, and left the restaurant with no food order. We still had not got anyone to come outside to merely acknowledge us to just get drink orders after 15 minutes of waiting. Finally, a HOSTESS named Danielle asked if anyone had taken care of us yet, and we said nope. She became our server. She took our drink orders, and our food orders since we had ample time to find out what we wanted, and brought it to the back. We didnt get drinks for another 15 minutes, and I honestly didnt expect it from Danielle, since she was a hostess. So, I walked to the bar area to ask the bartender for two sweet teas since my pregnant wife of nearly 40 weeks was needing something to drink. She said she would bring it out to us. Oh by the way, during all of this, the waitress named Katy apparently was the one waiting on the other couple, and much to her frustration, found that the couple had left, and she failed to even acknowledge our presence, even being a few tables away. Danielle brought our food, but had to go back for ranch, celery, and ketchup. My boneless wings were more bread than anything, several of the wings had ZERO chicken in them. We ate, and paid Danielle for the meal. She was outstanding, and she should be commended for taking initiative in taking care of customers when your servers failed to. My suggestion? Dont have an outside area open if you dont have your staff give attention to it properly. We were completely disappointed in our visit, and are even more disappointed that Buffalo Wild Wings continues to go up on their prices. Having worked in retail for 10+ years, this is completely unacceptable, and I hope this note goes to your staff, and your boss. Thanks.

Went in for lunch at 3 on a Saturday. I expected pleasant and quick service because LSU didnt begin until later on at night and we were past the lunch rush. The hostess asked us the same questions twice: "How many?" "High top or dining?" Perhaps it was due to the fact that the speaker volume was raised so loud you basically had to yell to the person next to you in order just to communicate. So we were seated and ten minutes later a server came up and asked if we had been taken care of yet. Clearly there was a lack of communication between the hostess and the server of the section where she sat us. It was not very busy, maybe 5 other tables in the restaurant and I counted 4 tables that had yet to be cleaned, two of which were cleaned 30 minutes after being sat. We ordered a few appetizers because we really just wanted to snack on something. Food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. The drink machine must need to be cleaned because there was a funny taste that I just couldnt get past. We paid our tab and left. Wont be returning for dine in services any time soon. That was a very unfortunate experience for us.

Took quite awhile to get a beer. Sat at the bar. 1 bartender and place is packed. Managements fault. Ordered the Buffalo Mac and Cheese. Had it 6 days ago and it wad great. Not the case tonight. Ive been at hospital and havent eaten all day so I did eat about a third of it before I decided that I didnt want anyone of the over cooked pasta and runny sauce. Told the bartender that and she wanted to know if I had ordered this dish before. I guess that she thought that was how the dish was supposed to be prepared and I wasnt aware of this. Then mentioned that maybe it hadnt been in the oven long enough. Probably wouldnt have fixed the problems! Paid for my dish and 2 beers. Too bad no one empowers their employees to take care of incidents like this. Probably would have more than 3 stars if you did. She did tell me that she hoped I had a better day because I seemed irritated. I will have a better day. Somewhere else.

Ive eaten at several different bdubs in different states, and this is the worst one Ive been to. We were sat pretty quickly, the first round of drinks (only four of us) came at a decent pace, after that it went downhill fast. We sat for around 20 minutes waiting to place our order but our server didnt come back to take our order so we let another server know and they had someone different take our orders. (Our original server was still there, not sure why they didnt have her take our orders) They ended up bringing out the wrong flavor on one of the wing orders, and someone ordered a wrap but received a burger instead. Service all throughout was sooooo slow, even if you like this chain, do NOT eat here!

This is the worst BWW Ive ever been to. The portions were not correct and the service was bad. The medium size wings did not come on the trays they were supposed to and we had to wait on refills for our drinks. We ordered fried pickles and it wasnt even the right portion and waiter argued with us. We had 4 people at our table and we all ordered wings and all of the wings are supposed to come with celery every order. We did not have any celery but one tiny thing and we had to ask for more. The wings had hardly any sauce and we also have to ask for more. And the tables are our us have been sitting dirty for 30+ minutes now. The service sucks and I would not eat here and I will never eat here again.

This location is awful. Every time we come here there is always a "Mix Up" in the kitchen with our food (over 3 times to be exact). We have always had to wait over an hour for our food AFTER placing our order, while other people that came in long after us were receiving their food. The waiters/waitresses have been fine and very apologetic( I feel sorry for them because it affects their tip), but they have got to get it together in the kitchen. Food is great as always, but I WILL NOT return to this location again.

This place serves the worst food I have ever tried to eat! Went there two or three times before and thought it was just me. Well I tried it again because my teenage granddaughter want to go. Well I ordered nacho! Who can mess up nacho.s. ??? BWW did the most awesome job of serving the WORST plate of junk. I was offered a box to take home this awful stuff And I told her the were horrible ! Stray dogs would vomit at this! Worst 18:00 I have ever thrown away. NEVER Again!!!
