We had two awful experiences with this new Pizza Hut and will not be returning ever again! The first time we ordered and paid for pizzas at 1:30PM for a party at 5:30PM. The pizzas were not ready when my husband went back there at 5:30PM to pick them up, and it took an hour, until 6:30 PM, for them to finally be ready. Tonight we thought wed give them one more try. It was a huge mistake! We ordered two of their box dinner specials. They said they would be ready at 6:58, so we arrived to pick up the pizzas at 6:58. After waiting until 7:30PM, they told us that there was a problem with their top oven that caused them to burn our pizzas. They cancelled our order and gave my husband a refund. When we arrived home, we also found that they had called our home phone a few minutes before our pizzas were supposed to be ready to say that they were out of breadsticks, so we should either cancel our order, or we would need to wait an additional hour for our food. Never again! Very poor service!

i went there to eat,and became sick after i ate there,i thought id give them another try,i ordered pizza to be delivered,it never came,i kept calling and calling,and it was busy,finally someone called me after 2 hours,and said there phones were messed up,and they didnt have a delivery driver,but,i could come pick it up,i said no thanks,and asked them to refund my money,i used my debit card,they said they couldnt until monday,this was friday,or i could drive over there and do it,i was like ,no,if i wanted to go out to eat,i would have,i wont be using them again,ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

went there last week and saw workers smoking behind the counter and blowing smoke clouds all over the food. none of them use gloves even when handling raw chicken and topping pizzas. got attitude from the black girl with the blonde dreadlocks who was on her bluetooth the entire time. fat guy in gray shirt got my wing sauce wrong and didnt care. never ordering from here again and neither should you.

Ordered carryout since st charles didnt have some toppings. Whole order was right. Gotta say the guy did a good job for being the only person working there:)

Best chain store pizza around ! My favorite. Best sauce on pizza. New management( past few years) Does it right.just wish you could still dine in.
