I went there with my wife to eat dinner on a Wednesday. I ordered the Wednesday special and she ordered a rib eye dinner ....when the waitress ,Nicole, came to give us our food she noticed they gave my wife the Wednesday special....so she took it back ....I ended up eating by myself because they took like 15 minutes to correct her order....waitress never apologized for the mistake ,never asked how was everything ,never gave us water on to drink until my wife asked for it and even then she only brought one glass....when we asked for extra bread waitress never came back and I ended up asking another waitress to bring me some because our waitress was no where to be found ...overall a bad experience. ....3/09/16....usually we get a manager to come around and they ask us how was our experience but we didnt get that either....

One of many visit and they never let me down! The two managers on duty tonight were Casey and Helen (can you say awesome) they introduced them self then stopped by periodically to make sure we were enjoying our dinner. Its kids night and they are pretty busy but the rest of the team work together as a group. Our waitress Breanna we the best. Very attentive! Now the food! We enjoyed the combo appetizer w/ bones less buffalo wings, loaded potato wedges and pepper bites! The kids had steak bites with apple sauce, my husband had the smothered with corn and loaded mashed potatoes! I had a loaded sweet potato! Everything was cooked to perfection and served hot! As long as they service and food is amazing I will continue to patronize the business.

The Gonzales Louisiana location is so bad it is sad. We waited for 40 mins for a table while they only had nine tables with people in them. They had three girls standing behind the hostess stand and doing nothing. All the tables were dirty and they could have helped to clean them. When we finally got in they had no steak except prime rib. They didnt get enough to cover the three high school graduations that week. They had no aps left because they ran out. We ordered Prime rib and it was cooked wrong and came out cold like it had been in the fridge. The only good thing we got was a cold beer and all this cost me over 100 dollars for a terrible meal and crap for service. STAY AWAY SPEND YOU MONEY SOMEWHERE WHERE THE FOOD IS WORTH IT.

We didnt wait long for our seats and there was 6 of us and the waitress was very friendly and helpful with a wonderful personality. The food didnt take too long either but unfortunately NONE of our steaks were cooked correctly and we had ordered 2 rare and one was freezing cold in the middle and one was medium, 1 medium rare that ended up being medium, 2 mediums which were both also cooked differently from one another, and one well that was medium...it seems all they know how to cook are medium. And they were out of prime rib and t bone

This is one of places to go to eat. 95%of the time. Everything comes out perfect, Marjorie of the time. I noticed in the last few months, one of the mangers is always out helping the bus boys, cooks, waiters, and checks up on costumers making sure everything is good and if they need anything else. When hes on the clock, there is little to none wait time for a table. Everything in the restaurant flows great when its busy, everyone in the place seems very happy...

Wait time was about 15 mins. Not bad considering it was a friday night. Food was hot and fresh. Had an 11oz sirloin seasoned rice and loaded baked potato. With a hurricane margarita with a patron shot. So good. Steak was cooked medium well like i asked . fast friendly service. Hot rolls and cinnamon butter were great. Not too loud or crowded. They have a place for you to wait until your table is ready and you can eat free peanuts while you wait. Awesome

We eat out a lot and this is one of our favorites despite the fact that we dont like country music...lol Plenty of variety but I always order the large sirloin with a sidekick of ribs and the delish Caesar salad and a sweet potato (no cinnamon!) and I end up taking most of it home for a second meal! The rolls are yummy! I also love being able to sign up and get emails for free appetizers and/or sidekick of ribs for birthdays or other special occasions!

Maybe my standards are higher, but I hope not. The last two times my wife & I went to the Roadhouse the steaks were as tough as shoe leather and had such a salty taste -- to hide the inferior quality of the meat theyre now using, Id guess -- that we took our meals home to the dogs. This time, even they wouldnt eat it. I used to think this was the best chain steak place in town, but we wont be back. BTW the country music is loud and obnoxious.

Usually a decent experience at a Texas Road House. Server was nice, place was decent. However we were disappointed that when we asked if any prime rib were still available at arrival it was confirmed to be plenty. 20 minutes after ordering there was bad news. All out. We settled for filets which were good, just not what we came in for. The manager didnt even offer an apology for the confusion or let down. He did offer plenty of excuses though.

They forgot to bring out the main entree for someone in our party. Anothers burger was undercooked. The manager took the burger (already eaten into) to the kitchen to fix it. They brought the same partly eaten patty back out on a new bun with new toppings! Gross! They both got their meals comped and I paid for mine. The server was nice when she came by but pretty scarce. Not going back.

Went there tonight with my fiance, the meal was great and Shelby (our server) was awesome also. He seemed knowledgeable of the menu and kept checking on us timely. The food was delicious!! I had the Smothered Chicken, which was cooked to perfection along with my sweet potato. My fiance had the 10 oz sirloin which he really enjoyed as well. It was also fairly affordable!

Im from Texas also big Tx Roadhouse fan, I went here yesterday with my family. Ordered a sirloin steak to share, ate some rolls. But then today me my wife and 1 1/2 year had woke up to diarrhea. Dont know what it was but it has to do with the meat. Improper storage maybe. "Beware when eating here"... other than that it tastes good.

One of my favorite stops in Baton Rouge near the Mall for dinner. Great steaks. Peanuts on the floor. Loud busy place with country ambiance. The best steak value of any chain I frequent. Much better than average across the board. We always have a large party and get exceptional service. Good food. Nothing pretentious.

My husband and I always have an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse. The staff is always friendly and the steaks get better every time we go. The one time my steak was cooked to much they corrected it immediately.we love this place and now my mom, sisters and my brother are hooked as well.

Pretty crowded all the time. Ordered a Ribeye medium, cooked a little rare. Server was very very nice. Food had to be sent back. Food was very delicious. There was a small problem with this visit, I was charged a 76 dollar tip. Ouch. Other than that pretty good place to eat
