UPDATE 7/20/17: Even though the owner responded in the message below in an attempt to make readers feel as though theyre attentive, Ive since tried to contact them and follow through with their requests, but they havent followed up since then. Two months have gone by with no action even though their response below suggests they would. Another star removed. ORIGINAL REVIEW. While I typically love the food and service, today brought an unfortunate experience. When I received the check, I had been charged for two additonal refills on my childrens orange juice. When I brought it to the attention of my server, he claimed that it was how he had to ring up the beverage that allegedly came with the kids meals as detailed by the menu (meanwhile, the full price of the kids meals were charged as a separate line item). Instead of owning up to the mistake and removing the charge, he decided to lie. It was only an additional $1.98, but the principle involved here spoke volumes. Make sure to double check your bills and bring it up to a manager on duty. You may be paying for things that you did not order.

I walked inside a wonderful and pleasant looking restaurant. Was greeted very friendly and kindly by the host and another employee who was up front. Placed our orders and got drinks...took awhile for the food to come out. Then after that the visit began going down hill. The table was dirty, so we covered it with a table cloth. The waitress never came back to give a refill so the whole time i had a small glass of orange juice to go along with a fairly large meal. The food wasnt as good as it looked and somewhat over cooked. The waitress must have felt guilty after we paid and asked us did we want some waters. Not really worth the price in my opinion either. Nearly paid steakhouse prices for an average breakfast. I never would have thought a small glass of orange juice will cost as much as a gallon at a supermarket

Lets start by saying the food was good. Just as dependable as the other locations. The reason for three stars was the slow service and the fact their fryer was down but we werent notified until 15 mins AFTER the waitress took our order. We were one of three tables and there was more staff working out front (non-kitchen staff) than patrons. Its a new location so were hopeful this experience was just the staff working out the kinks. Great location, good restaurant, good food, but service left something to desire. Our fingers are crossed this next Sunday is a better experience.

Ive gone twice. The first time made me want to go back again. The second time I order the burger, which was a little too salty for me. Although I couldnt eat it I did not complain or ask for anything different. When the waitress noticed I didnt eat the burger she asked why. After I told her, she talked to the manager and took the price of the burger off my bill. The service alone is worth high marks. The friends I was with enjoyed there meals.

LOVE...LOVE...LOVE this spot. I wish they had one in the Pacific Northwest. I had the Lobster Brie omelette with a side of cheesy bacon grits AND a Peach Cobbler Pancake. I was in HEAVEN!! The coffee mugs were cute and you can buy them for $18.00. I HIGHLY recommend this place. YUM YUM * Not to forget... the staff was pretty amazing too!!

Food was cold. All of it was cold. She microwaved it and it was still cold. Eggs, bacon, grits and bread and juice cost$15. The wait for food and the check was an eternity and there were not many people there. When asked how was the meal I replied so-so and the server said sometimes its like that.

This place was great! Had a fun time here and our waiter was so cool! DeVannon is the best thing that ever happened to this place!!! The service by him and only him was top notch!! Matt G was so sweet and amazing!!

Their bloody mary wasnt good (no garnishes like picture depicted and weird aftertaste) and food took forever but once we were served, it was great.

Same great food as the other locations with the added bonus of being downtown. Best brunch in town.
