This was our second visit to the place and was in complete contrast to our first one. While the first one was pleasant - very standard IHOP experience - this was a disaster and I just hope this was one of those off days when things went wrong. Just as we entered, we could see the staff was totally disoriented. The lady, who was visually upset, had a tough time getting herself together. As we looked around the restaurant, we could see so many empty seats but full tables - nobody bothered to clean them up or nobody was even cleaning them up. We were given a table where there was an open half-n-half just under the chair and as my wife sat, it spilled as the leg hit. We eventually asked if we can have a window table since it was raining outside and the view was really good. Luckily, one of those tables was clean, so we placed ourselves there. Food: One thing that none of the IHOPs we have visited have gone wrong is the food. This one was probably the first one. We went for an Egg White Vegetable Omelette with a side of hashbrown and a Banana Nutella Crepe. We actually wanted to order something in burgers or sandwiches but they did not have anything vegetarian there (which is shameful for IHOP in general). Normally, restaurants at least offer to convert BLT into a vegetarian one by removing a bacon but no such offers were made here, so we gave it a skip (and I am glad we did). To begin with, Egg White Vegetable Omelette tasted really good after we added some salt and pepper. The freshness of avocado and the spinach gave a very healthy feeling along with the egg whites. However, Banana Nutella Crepe was a total disaster. The number of crepes was too much compared to the topping of banana and Nutella. We had to leave just about a little more than half of it only because there wasnt anything else to eat it with. It looked like the chef just lost the count of crepes he is supposed to make. Service: Except for the cleanliness part, the service was pretty fine. However, in terms of overall experience and the enthusiasm we generally see in the IHOP waiters, it was totally lacking. It was a highly disappointing visit and we had to redeem ourselves by making some food at home late night, which we wanted to avoid with all the work we had in hand.

Weve been to this newer location 3x in the last 6 weeks. Good experience at the front, being advised of wait time or seated promptly and in a welcoming way. Our food has been good, hot & freshly prepared; excellent coffee. The serving staff is well-meaning but inconsistent. Our friendly waitress noticed one of the coffee cups had a lipstick mark on it as she delivered water & one coffee cup for me. At this point we ordered the food. After drinking a cup of coffee I gave mine to husband so he could have a cup too as she didnt come back. When the food came, he told her he needed a coffee cup. Not until the 3rd time when she came back to see if our food was OK did I tell her we REALLY need a 2nd coffee cup! She was back within 2 minutes. On Sunday our food came as ordered, then we were asked if there was anything else we needed. Um, yes, silverware please. I overheard the booth next to us asking the same after their meal came. I stirred my coffee with the water straw. There are long delays between every interaction, all 3x we have visited. When its time to leave, weve sat & waited for the check 2x for more than 10 minutes. We are obviously finished with our meal, but no wait person in sight of our booth group. Then you have to wait for the change or card to be returned. Last Wednesday I was there with my Father, went to the corner where two people appeared to be training and asked if theyd take my money. Literally hadnt seen our waitress in 20 minutes at that point. There should be a gauge for how long it takes to eat scrambled eggs & toast and hand off your table to someone else if youre going to be away from the floor. I want this location to succeed. Hope youll take my comments in the spirit in which its offered - for future happy customers and well-tipped employees! (we always tip well, figure its inexperience??)

So me and my family go to eat here tonight at 10 something while sitting there waiting for our food we have one man trying to run the floor by hisself with no help. Others are standing around with their finger up their asses along with the manager our food was not right and this man that was our server was trying to take on us with the others that walk in back to back after us by hisself so while were waiting forever remind you its not the servers fault he asks my boyfriend to come look at the computer because he does not know how to use the computer properly so a little advice to managers make sure your doing your job managing the ones that need help and make sure you have more than one cook in the back not to mention if you only have one cook your the one thats suppose to help on the line your suppose to know how to do eberything. We were very disappointed in the restaurant tonight especially while this one man thats the server is trying to take on everything while the others including the manager are standing around talking and bullshitting NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL RANT OVER.....

Do not try unless you have another very least 110 minutes before you have to leave. Waiting to be seated (even when not packed) can take 10-25 minutes. Another 5-10 for drink orders and then the same for food orders. No matter how simple of an order we have had, the minimum time it has taken to get to the table after ordering is 45 minutes. During that wait, you might be lucky if you get a drink refill or even a glimpse of your server thanking you for your patience for the "ab-normally slow service" a phrase that after you have heard every time you have visited means nothing. After that, you will be faced with a choice, send the order back because of what they got wrong, or deal with it. - We have never had our order arrive correct on the first try out of the several attempts we have tried this place. On top of these issues, there are often employees working while under the influence of their chemical dependency of choice. The worst IHOP location that Ive ever visited.

After waiting nearly 30 minutes for a table, we were finally seated. Another 20 minutes to get a drink and then order. After another 20 minutes of being told our food was coming, we noticed several people who were seated in front of us still waiting. After another 15 minutes we gave up, walked out and went to Chik-Fila (and were served in five minutes). I ordered eggs and toast and my wife ordered waffles. I would think you could put that together in less than an hour. If you want to watch waitresses smoke cigarettes by a dumpster and a bunch of people waiting the rest of their lives for an egg and toasted bread, this is the IHOP for you. If you actually want to eat breakfast, go to Bob Evans or the Waffle House.
