My experience tonight was horrible. The food me and my friends ordered took almost an hour to make because of the night being busy. I understand that but my waitress did not check on us or even say the food is on its way. Upon receiving my spicy chicken sandwich, it was nothing like the picture. All it had was the bun, cheese, and chicken. No sauces or lettuce like it was suppose to. So I had to flag down another waitress to get my waitress and a menu so I could order something different. I waited for almost 15 minutes for her to come take my new order when all of my friends had finished their food. She finally came over and didnt apologize or anything about the terrible service that she was giving to us. My food was prepared by the manager and sat in the window for 10 more minutes. Once she brought my food I asked for a box to take it with me because I was ready to leave and mentioned to her that I was not paying full price or anything for this bad service or disgusting food. She walked off and didnt ask about the checks or anything. I asked the waitress that had helped me before to speak with the manager about the service and could I have some syrup. She informed me that he was cooking the food. My waitress came back to the table with an attitude asking what was wrong and I told her about the service she gave us was horrible, not refilling any drinks, not making sure our food was okay when she brought it out, and she made the comment to me saying " well you did order something that you havent tried before so thats not my fault." Then she walked off. My friend said to me that was rude and the "customer is always right" and our waitress loudly said "no their not." Then when she came back again and said my food was not included on the check then she mean mugged me as she walked away. I was extremely angry and still wanted to talk to the manager. So I walked around the corner and basically begged him to come out of the kitchen to speak on what was said to me and the service from this specific waitress. I will NOT be eating at this establishment ever again. I hope someone of management takes this into consideration because her service is not needed at your establishment. WORSE WAITRESS I HAVE EVER HAD!

Service here was terrible. It started off with Michael taking our order. While we were ordering he seemed every impatient. I believe this is the wrong job for him. I only tipped just because I will never return here. When we left my mom felt like immediately putting her finger down her throat and discarding everything she consumed which wasnt much cause the rest was going to the garbage. I wouldnt even feed it to my dogs. The pancakes tasted old and the bacon was old aswell it looked and tasted as if it were heated up into a microwave. My mom had gotten a sugarless water downed warm sweet tea and had asked to exchange it for a sprite which was hot and flat not even warm, ftwr the fact we found out mainly because it came straight out of a bottle. Their splash drinks arent even splash drinks they are just mix ups, something youd just put together on a whim. They need better training. When we walked in there was a dirty table behind us and when we left it was still dirty. The server when serving another family had through his order pad down on the floor and did not seem polite. When he walked away he even wiped his nose on his arm and I did not once see him wash his hands and or wear gloves when dealing with food. He as well climbed on the chairs over a table to grab some creamers. Ill be glad to say that Ill never be coming back here again. The only reason why I gave this place a star is because I have to put something otherwise itd be a negative 5 stars.

Ordered "new" crepes cream filled with raspberry sauce. After pushing out excess cream and scraping off excess sauce, it looked like a pile of vomit on my plate. When I told the server how displeased I was, he said the next time I came back I should select something different. When I asked for the manager, she asked me if I wanted to order something else but did not offer to remove the charge from my tab. Once I told her how dissatisfied I was with her response, she reluctantly gave me a voucher for a free meal. The vacant look on her face didnt help the situation at all. Additionally, the servers too often put their fingers into the plates and I watched a server pick up the ketchup by the flip top which means when it was closed all of the servers bacteria was closed in with the ketchup. The kitchen always looks messy at any given time, busy or not. With all of the employees milling around, someone should be responsible for wiping up behind the cooks as soon as the meal is fixed.

Had amazing food and Alisha S. was the best IHOP waitress I have ever encountered... constant smile, attentive to both mine and my daughters drink, conscientious of our food and our needs, and an overall great attitude. To any IHOP managers reading this you need to look at moving her out of being a waitress and into a management position and let her instill these qualities into the rest of the wait staff and you would have not only great food but a great environment as opposed to the hit or miss experience that you currently have. Just to clarify I have never met her before today and no she didnt flirt with me... just one of the rare people that actually cares about doing a good job no mater what she is doing. Take note of your talent and use them to their potential of which she is definitely under utilized.

Well this was the worst experience I ever had at an ihop and Ive had some bad ones. Waited over 5 minutes in the lobby to be seated (understandable if there is a line but we were the only ones, wait staff kept walking by and ignoring us). Got seated and waited another 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Finally ordered (made sure to order meals since we did not know when we would see staff again) an then waited another 10 minutes for drinks. As we were experiencing this there were other parties coming in to the same lovely experience. The staff was rude and unapologetic through the whole experience. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here.

Im sure the food would have been fine, but I was ignored. I had been seated at a table for about 7 minutes, watched two other men be seated on table behind me, they were served and I hadnt even been asked if I wanted something to drink. Not only that, when I first arrived, I was waiting to be seated and the lady who came a few minutes later was asked to be helped before me. I was standing directly in front of the woman at check-in counter. Thats crazy! I left without eating. Thats sad. However, the waitress that was serving the two men behind me was very apologetic.

Terrible service. Waited forever for some pancakes, waitresses were apologizing to every table with some excuse. Finished my omelet before my side of pancakes even came to the table. When I complained they told me the meal was on the house all snobby like it was my fault I was upset for crappy service. It is called ihop right? Why does it take so long to make a pancake, its not like I ordered a steak. Ive taken my daughter there the last 4 weeks in a row and 3/4 times it sucked, we wont be going back even if its free.
