Terrible management especially Mark who is very rude. I invited friends over and when it came to paying, the waitress came back in front of everyone and said that card was declined! I said there got be a mistake and called the credit card company and they said that there is no issue and they dont see any authorization at all! 3 more credit cards and all declined! then my friend used his and same thing. We called all credit cards and all the same answer no issues and no authorization coming through. Witness did not have any manner to handle this in a discrete way without making it obvious in front all? and manager said that we dont have any issues with our machine! I asked if anyone else had the same problem and manager was very illusional? then he asked him what do I want and that he will hang up the phone! same day they have a sign in the front indicating that they apologize for not accepting the gift card due to technical difficulties!!!! A ll I asked for was for them to handle it discretely and admit to a problem(things happen) and not embarrass me, but Mark was so sure that it is all our credit cards! we used all three of them right after we left just to check, no Problem at all, Mark it is your terrible service and lack of manner, not our credit cards

Its a great but pricy place to eat. The food is on par with wild eggz and the bistro but seems over priced for the quality. I ordered about $30 of food for my team as a lunch expense and we were all kinda disappointed with how little we got for the price. I didnt order any main dishes only sides and we got like 4 peices of toast 4 engliah muffins and 4 strips of bacon. I was willing to pay for an extra omelette called thw killer cajon only to be told it was unavailable yet still listed on the Google menu. Kinda depressing when someone really wants something they cant have simply because of their lack of attention to their online menus. I can see this place as a great sit down restaurant for a relaxed atmosphere but I have a feeling they werent really interested in my order and let it fail since it was just sides and not a "real meal"... If not, then I can see how the regular entrees would have been a better choice for us to have ordered so the Sub par sides would taste better at that point.

The food was good, except for the "toast" because it was not toasted at all. Our server Danielle was excellent, but some of the other employees could use some training on better customer service. As I was sitting, I noticed something was hitting my chair, so I scooted in even more thinking Im in the way. It was one of the persons cleaning the tables, who just kept bumping into me and did not apologize at all. Then the young lady who brought out our food definitely could be nicer to my elderly father who is hard of hearing. She came very close to rolling her eyes twice when my mother asked her kindly for more napkins and the potatoes that did not come out with the order.

I have had it with this place. I just now ordered my BLTE and paid over $8.00 for a sandwich that I ate not even 3 minutes after leaving and it was freezing cold. Even the potatoes were freezing. Its ridiculous. If someone is going to spend so much money for a bonafide sandwich it might as well be HOT! I am not eating this and now I cant get my money back because I work all day, so I am still hungry and just wasted valuable money on literal garbage. They overcharge there food too, this sandwich used to be a lot less back when the restaurant was still good.

previously went there every weekend, then stopped going out to brkfast. Went Memorial Day, one ordered crisp bacon and one ordered turkey sausage. Neither was edible...bacon was actually charred and links were so overcooked they were like little hard sticks... One order of plain waffel with no powdered sugar came with sugar sprinkled all over it. ... very disappointing especially since there was no wait. Would not recommend it to anyone....

The food was very filling and tasty. I was very happy to see the service matched the food in quality. The speed of service was very satisfactory. The employees were friendly and created a warm and welcoming environment. It was not too pricey for what I had selected and it was an excellent experience. I would definitely eat at this location again when I get the chance.

Never disappointed when I come to First Watch for lunch or breakfast. Though it has become a pretty large chain all the way down to Florida, they have kept the quality here top notch. Services is always friendly and menu has some unique items you wont find elsewhere. Especially if you are eating healthy- they have some great choices!

Delicious food and good service I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with my daughter. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Travis was especially great. When I told him of my daughters allergies he quickly got the allergen menu which was very detailed. I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes which were fantastic.

Great service and food, but why does everything have to have chives on it now. Being into herbs isnt putting chives on everything, it is using a variety of herbs to enhance a foods flavor. Like, rosemary, thyme, parsley, basil...all different flavors. Onion is not a pleasant flavor in all foods.

The food is always good here. It is a little trendy and somewhat overpriced. There can be a long wait, pretty much any time that they are open. They are not open for dinner. Their menu is just breakfast/lunch/brunch.

My absolute favorite hands down!!!! Great food. Every now and then you get a not so great waiter or waitress but the food is great they also have a really good Glen of coffee and specialty drinks!!! ☕

The employees wear blue gloves which is great. However, I have seen them scratch their heads with their gloves on! Ugh!! Does anyone else think this is gross!?!?
