While there was a 20 min wait to be seated, this was expected on Sunday morning around noon. Once seated, the waitress promptly took and brought our drinks (coffee and fresh juice) and then took our order. The food was delivered within 20 minutes and was fresh and warm. I ordered the Chickichanga and the wife ordered the Farmhouse Skillet hash. The skillet was exactly as expected with eggs cooked to order with breakfast meats and potatoes. All of that was cooked properly and my wife enjoyed her meal. The Chickichanga was something special I had never considered ordering before but am glad I did. It was the prefect balance of spicy and breakfast smothered in a green chili sauce and sour cream. This is by far the best thing Ive ever ordered at First Watch and look forward to having it again. Our beverages were checked on a few more times and we were able to pay and be on our way quickly. This location was clean and the staff was friendly the entire time we were there. Id return to this location the next time I am in Lexington.

We enjoyed breakfast here. Clean place, slightly tight seating with too much stuff on our two person table to eat comfortably. I thought the table hadnt been cleaned before we were seated, but it was just condiments and cups everywhere for us. Food was good and service was decent. Will probably come back again sometime. I had the chickenchanga and wife had traditional breakfast and we shared a pancake.

A good restaurant chain just got better because now theres a location within 5 miles of my house! Plenty of room for parking, friendly service, same great food as other First Watch locations, and it arrives at the table much faster than most sit-down restaurants. All that plus Free Wi-Fi!!!

The food is good, but the portions are too big and they wont let you order half sizes. Some things just arent good as leftovers, like dishes with salmon or avocado. It isnt an unreasonable expectation to get an actual serving size in a restaurant that touts healthy options.

Oh my god the food is so fresh and so delicious! It is a little more on the pricey side but you really do get what you pay for. There is usually a wait that I know of on Sunday mornings but that is anywhere. Would definitely recommend this place!

Terrible service and two sets of filthy silverware was followed by a mediocre meal (that was far too expensive) and absolutely no apologies for how awful the whole event was. I wholeheartedly advise you to avoid First Watch.

The food is fantastic and the service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend the kale juice. I forgot exactly what it was called, but it tasted very much like a fruit drink! The tri-athelete omelette is equally amazing!

Excellent service and food. I had the Morning Market Veg Omelet with fresh fruit. It was so good! Also ordered hot tea, they brought out a pot of hot water, not just one cup, like some restaurants try to get away with!

If you can find something on the menu that appeals to you, then great! Lots of semi-pricey items on the menu, albeit healthy choices. I love the chickichanga, but usually save by getting pancakes with my date.
