Been a server for 3 years of my life, consider myself a very kind and patient person and we actually walked out of this waffle house. 35 years I have never walked out of a restaraunt without paying. Husband orders hash browns. Chunked and smothered. Waitress repeats, peppered and chunked? We say no, chunked and smothered twice. So he watches as his waffle is made and sits and gets cold while the waitresses count their money on the counter. Finally they bring out our food (my sandwich was the only hot part) and his hash browns are wrong. She takes then back, offers no apology. He wants to eat his waffle, but she gave him no syrup and disappeared. After 2 waitresses told him to hold on, a third gets him the stickiest bottle Ive ever seen. She actually washed her hand after handing it to him. Well, the top part of the mix was just soapy water so he poured that into his waffle (they dont dry their lids clearly. At this point he says, I dont need anything. Just take my food off the bill. They offer no apology and get argumentive that his food will be out soon. So I said, we will just be going. Will never return, which is a shame, not many places around.

Its waffle house, of course food is always good, but what I look for the most besides good food is friendly service. Our waitress Kelsi was absolutely amazing! very friendly, made sure we had everything, checked on us very periodically, its nice to see an employee love their job and line of work. Keep up the good work Kelsi and thank you for an awesome dinner and service!

This is probably my favorite waffle house. The food is always fantastic. And almost every time we go the service was amazing. There were a couple times though we got the same server and both times she was slow and messed up our order. But other than that the service is near perfect. We always get the all star meal, you cant go wrong with it.

This location takes the awful out of Waffle House....most of the time. Usually pretty solid service with amazingly tasty unhealthy food. Only once at this location did I even consider complaining over the food & service, but it was resolved pretty quick.

Waffle House hasnt changed in years, and thats what I like. Same dependable food, mostly breakfast items cooked on a giant griddle. Great coffee, best air conditioning in the tri state and always friendly staff to serve you.

Absolutely amazing service! A young boy that works there held the door for anyone that entered of left, he even helped an elderly lady to her car! The best Waffle House Ive ever been to by far.

This is my favorite local Waffle House. The crew between 10pm and 6am treat me like a king. They know me by name and know how and what I like to eat. Highly recommended for late night.
