Well i can say i hate pizza huti worked at pizza hut for 4 years and gave 100%done what ever it took to save this place money i was makeing 950 an hr then new people bought pizza hut after 2 years of working with this new company they cut my pay down ti $9.00 an hr. 3 months they cut my pay down to $8.75 when confronted the dist manger jason that now works at seneca sc 29678 he cut my hrs to where i would be wasting my time to come infor 3 hrs because when you have a new born it takes money to feed him and other things new born needs. So i no longer work for jason . i have never seen a place go down hill as fast as i seen pizza hut why jason work

Awful customer service . I went in the other day , sign outside said $5 lunch buffet today only . When I walked in , an employee looked up , rolled her eyes , and said "gosh!" Then said , "it will be awhile we only have two working . " Really ??? Two working during lunch hour when your advertising a deal? Needless to say , I walked out . Wont be back. Shame too , I love Pizza Hut pizza ( everywhere but Murray ) . Not sure how this restaurant stays in business . Wish building would be torn down and bring Buffalo Wild Wings!!

Just awful. I called at 8:45 PM. The representative acted as if I called 5 mins before close. I nearly said forget it based on the attitude of the employee on the phone. I proceeded to order food and it was brutal tasting. I am 31 years old and it was the worst pizza Ive ever eaten. This is astounding because Pizza Hut is a chain that has cookie-cutter recipes/mixes for everything (I imagine?). Just save yourself the trouble - bad attitude and even worse pizza. I could say more but wont.

I wish I could give it zero stars. When there to eat lunch because the sign said buffet and when we walked in there was zero food to be found. So we looked for the time frame of when they serve lunch and it wasnt anywhere. It was 2:30 when we get there. So we asked the waitress and she was rude when she said its from 11-1 saying it was on the windows. IT WASNT! So she turned abruptly and walked away without asking for our order. I will not go back with this kinda service

Pizza is really good, but our service was excellent - our waitress was wonderful. We were there with a party of 30, so she worked hard! I wish I remembered her name, but unfortunately I dont, but I do remember she had a nose ring, lip & eyebrow piercings & tattoos. She was so friendly & very efficient!

Was a frequent customer till we ordered one night and pizza never showed up called and they sent another out. Manager accused us of not paying for pizza and stealing his bag. Total ass hat never again. Avoid at all costs....
