The service there is absolutely horrible. The last time I went there to pick up an online order the lady told me that the computer was wrong and my order would take about ten more minutes. That was fine by me, but then the lady proceeded to lecture me about how I should call to confirm an order (which would mean taking at least fifteen minutes to spell my name at least twice and repeat my order at least three times). After she finished belittling me, I then waited TWENTY FIVE MINUTES for my order, during which I watched at least five other people get their orders and drive away. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THAT PIZZA HUT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. The worst part is that this is the only Pizza Hut close to where I live and I love Pizza Hut pizza.

Im only giving it 2 stars because the staff is always friendly and fast. Unfortunately Dominos is now better than pizza hut. Everything is always greasy, flavorless, and over cooked. This is the ONLY pizza place that Im in the delivery zone for but Ive made up my mind. Never again.

i have went here allot my many years living in benton and have never had a problem. they are always super helpful and nice. They even drew a unicorn on a pizza box one time when i put it online as a special request.

Great service. Food was very good. They were out of mushrooms. Bathrooms are not situated very well, right in front of the dinning room and there is no divider when you open the door.
