Ive had several bad customer service experiences here. Mostly everyone is very friendly but for some reason I frequently get rude female workers that take my order. I believe more than likely its because Im a very petite women who looks like I just got out of high school so maybe they feel like they dont have to be respectful?? Dont judge a book by its cover ladies and in the service industry you have to be customer friendly!!! Btw we own four private airplanes at signature airport in downtown so I was especially taken aback by these encounters but nonetheless, EVERYONE should be treated with respect and shown appreciation for their business. Extremely dissappointed

Firehouse subs are solid. They offer a nice variety with good quality ingredients. The staff is friendly and greets all guests upon entering. They have a nice indoor eating area with complimentary local papers, and a wide variety of great hot sauces for dipping. They are also now offering a frequent customer card. For every 6 sub combos you buy you get a medium sub combo for free. Most of the subs are served steamed so if you dont like hot sandwiches I would recommend Lennys, but if you like hot deli sandwiches Firehouse is great. I recommend the Hook & Later, The Italian, or the Engineer. All very good.

Love Firehouse Subs, Firehouse Subs always taste better than Subway, Subway is good also but if I have a choice I would got to Firehouse every time. They need to put a Firehouse Subs close to Airport and Snow Road

Best sub shop in Mobile! Ive tried everything on their menu, you cant go wrong with whatever you choose. The philly, New York steamer, and bbq brisket are my favorites. Also the staff is always top notch.
