I am a long time user of this service. I love it for the convenience. I have never had an issue. Everyone was always very friendly, on time or early, the food was hot and was kept up to date of the status of my order and where the driver was. If there were ever a question as whether the delivery would be on time, I always received a phone call to inform me. I placed an order today 2 hours a head of time and to be delivered at noon. At 12:15PM I had yet to receive my order nor any kind of notification as to what was going on. I called to inquire, the guy I spoke to said the driver was en route. To which I replied that they were 15 minutes late and that my lunch was already half over. He said sorry in a bored tone and acted as though it was no concern of his. I told him that this was not the customer service one expects and should not be what they strive to deliver. The driver arrived at my place of work at 12:22PM. I told the driver that I was highly upset that she was 22 minutes late, did not communicate to me that she may be late. I told her I now had less than 10 minutes to eat my lunch. She did not apologize, try to offer a solution or nothing. She said OK. I am highly upset at the level of service I received today. I am not sure I will continue using this service after this experience. I have rated you 1 star because I at least eventually received my food, but it was cold.

I think its about time there is an updated review. This was so worth it. I was craving chinese so bad! All these chinese places are on some BS. I am right out of range for ALL of them. One only by .3 miles. I was willing to pay a little extra but WHATEVER. I came across Dine In Delivery and they had a chinese place listed so why not! Yes, the delivery fee was outrageous.. at $10.50 but when I thought about it.. They went and ordered my food, picked it up, then came across town at a total of 45 minutes. The food was hot and fresh! Thank you so much for making my night!

I was a little worried after reading some of these reviews but the thought of having to leave the hotel again out weighed my worried thoughts. And Im glad I didnt listen to some of these because this was the best thing. My food was hot, everything was there and it was relatively quick considering they did all the hard work. The best part I didnt have to go back out. Thank you for feeding me!

Good idea was really happy to get something delivered other than pizza. First 2 times food was cold, called them trusted them to order 3rd time. It was hot but sauces for gyros and appetizers was not delivered.

Great idea, HORRIBLE service. More than two hours to receive my food, not once but twice. Both times I received a healf-hearted sorry. Tried to give them another chance but never again.

The food was on time, still hot because the driver had to go to 2 locations for me. The driver was dressed up and laid my food out on my table.
