Just left the store @ 1:15. Waited in line 15 minutes because they were out of chicken. Was finally able to order only to be completely ignored by not 1, but 2 of the servers at the end of the line. I asked one of the girls 3 different times for salsa because she never acknowledged by request. One of the servers at the front of the line mentioned something to her and she snapped back and said "I heard him". Oh really? Then have the courtesy to acknowledge you heard me and dont have me standing there asking for the same thing over and over again like you are deaf (or racist). She finally added the salsa only to seal the to go order. She then proceeded to help the others in line. I looked at her and asked for cheese and lettuce and she snatched open the container like it was so much trouble. I looked for the manager on site to voice my complaint but no one to be found. I called the local number only to get a fax machine. When I got home the chips were like eating cardboard as they werent properly prepared. I could live with the chips issue but the incredibly poor customer service is something no one should tolerate, ever! Unfortunately this is not the first time I have had a bad customer service experience with this location but it will be my last. I intend to file a complaint with the corporate office, if they can be reached......

Food was good but the kids working there were more interested in goofing off than getting a long line of waiting people their food. There was only one person working the line with 4 or 5 other people laughing and hanging out in the back. The manager didnt even seem to be bothered that they lost a group of over six people bc they were tired of waiting. When we finally got our turn the two girls serving us seemed annoyed that we were even there, like we were bothering them. Ive been to multiple Chipotles and part of the appeal is that the employees are always working fast and are nice and happy be helping us. This was not the case here. Its sad bc I love Chipotle. I may go back in a few months, maybe by then the employees will have shaped up or have been sent packing. Whoever owns this branch needs to get on it.

I just left this location about 20 minutes ago. First, when I walked through the doors I was not greeted nor acknowledged. Second, it took them 10 minutes to find lettuce for my salad and to cut up my chicken which was burnt. The people behind the counter were fairly rude, loud, and unorganized. Third, when I got to the check out girl, she was having another conversation instead of ringing up my order. When I told her thank you for my receipt she replied with "You good." I tried to give this store another chance after hearing about new management. This was a joke. I will NEVER go to this location again. This was a waste of my money and my time.

The food and work these hard working people do is great! Good all the way around! If half of these reviewers worked in the restaurant business a day of their life, they would appreciate these workers. I wish half of you would sit there and imagine how busy Chipotle would be during lunch if you worked there. Just imagine if youre looking through the eyes of the first person you encounter up front. Think about that the next time youre there and youre at the back of the line...out the door. Youre probably not the last person either. You indecent, rude people can go somewhere else. Spoiled American brats are what some of you are.

Love this place! It is like just about every other Chipotle Ive been to. Lots of modern aesthetics, hipster music, concrete floors, metal-clad plywood tables, and delicious burrito bowls. I love their salsas and two of my friends swear they use bacon to season the chicken :-). I dont get them, but I love their chicken. Highly recommend. I only wish there were more locations in Mobile and Eastern Shore. As Airport Blvd goes, its relatively easy to get to.

Generally I love Chipotle and the quick atmosphere... this location is terrible... There was an adequate amount of staff, but they are rude and slow. The food was as expected.. After sitting down to enjoy my lunch, I noticed I was charged for a soda after asking for a water cup multiple times.. Super unfortunate that this location couldnt preform the easiest of tasks. I will not be returning to this location. Sorry chipotle, not on par here.

I remember Chipotle being much better in California; not sure if this one is indicitive of a west coast establishment moving east, or just a decline in the company. The food was not nearly what I had remembered, and there was mold on the air vents (recently remedied). I miss my California Chipotle experiences, and if this one could recreate that feeling, I will definitely return, but in its current state, I cannot recommend.

We are consistently disappointed with this location. The tables are always dirty. After many visits, Ive never seen anyone wiping tables. They are often out of ingredients, especially the fajita vegetables. And I am also convinced they are short-weighting ingredients, especially the vegetables. The portions do not come close to matching serving sizes on their nutrition data.

Ordered take out ($23.00 Worth) Drove thru apocalyptic rain and flooding to arrive at posted pick up time. After 5 mins was greeted with "what do you want attitude" let them know I was there for pick up, all dumbfounded and searched and found my ticket under a sink (dirty one). I left.... no service, dirty and a serious dont care attitude, spend your time and money elsewhere.

Chipotles is high on my list, a friendly and fast-paced environment made to cater to your desires. Only reason I can not give this place a 5 star rating is because they do not have a salsa-bar. If you are big on salsa like I am then Moes may be a better fit; however, Chipotle is one of a kind and makes up for its lost salsa-bar with their massive serving sizes.

Great food, but most miserable staff weve ever come across at a Chipotle. Were rude, didnt acknowledge our presence, opened 10 minutes late, and for some reason only one person works the whole line when there are about 10 crew members standing around doing nothing. I felt the need to apologize to them because I was obviously bothering them just by ordering.

This location is my favorite out of all the locations Ive been to. When its busy, the staff handles the line with ease and every worker is doing his/her job. The staff and the manager are all extremely friendly and inviting, and it makes the experience so much better!

Same good food as normal chipotles. Ordered online. Pickup not ready when I arrived, despite there being no one in line. Then waited another 28 minutes after time that they said order would be ready before I finally received my food. Next time will just go to Moes.

I have been here two days, every time there something out. Need to wait until it gets ready. We come to food courts when we are hungry, if we have that much time we cook at our homes. No reason to come here! Worst experience ever from chipotle is this location.
