Horrible. Never going back to this store again. Ruined my whole lunch break. All I wanted was two pieces of fish and an UNsweet tea. It was more expensive than if I ordered bread, fires and hush puppies with it. Why they wouldnt sell me fish separately is crazy. So after spending thirty mins. I tell him just give me the number one. I leave and get almost back to work when I drink my drink and its filled with sugar that I can not have. I go back and have another hassel just to get the drink I ordered. I finnaly get to work almost an hour later although across the street. I open my food to find out its not cod at all, and is their special or something. Meaning fish is going bad there for on sale. Taste nasty and is in eatable. So I just spent $8.00 on a UNsweet tea I had to drive through St Mathews rush hour traffic for. So upset. Id take it back and get my money back, but only supposed to have a 30 min break and have taken an hour. Smh. Now Im starving and have nothing I can eat. Thanks

The place when I was there last time was slow but had issues. I got the fish dinner and fried mushrooms. The food tastes good, however the size of the fish i get for the price I paid was sad. I know seafood is high, but down the street at the fishery I paid about the same, and got bigger fish. And the employees were busy airing thier dirty laundry. Most of the time I have been there , there is a big girl who is as mean and an angry mother in-law and not pleasant at all.

My wife and I have been regulars of the St Matthews location for many years. They serve North Atlantic cod, which is the best of the best. How they keep their prices this low on such a high quality product is remarkable. Weve tried what were supposed to be the best fish sandwiches in Boston, Miami, Destin and Carmel-by-the-Sea. None were as good as the St Matthews Moby Dick. Simply, the best fish sandwich in the city. Their team is always polite and professional!

I paid 15 for the oyster dinner and a drink ...I have had this in past years and there have been oysters in the batter...with all of the tiny specks I pulled out there was not the eqivalent of one whole oyster and unfortunately I am not exaggerating at all....total waste of money, time, and effort...I know you get what you pay for but I would have really been satisfied to have received 6 real ones and not just batter and hard fried batter....

We eat at Moby Dick from time to time when we come through Louisville. Todays service was fabulous. It is rare to enter a fast food restaurant these days where the employees are not covered in tattoos and piercings. The girl was polite and helpful and the food was cooked and served quickly. Definitely worth the stop!

Good Old Fish Place that I have loved forever...The place is clean as a whistle and the staff is friendly! Get the fish dinner (only if you have an appetite) two flaky fish filets, fries, hushpuppy and cole slaw. And if you dont like fish - like my friend - chicken tenders and onion rings should take care of you!

When ever I get the chance to visit my hometown Kentucky I would stop by to Moby Dicks restaurant with my dad and get the fish sandwich with chips (aka French Fries), I love the hush puppies, Its disappointing that yall dont have one in TN I miss eating here, but soon I will come visit again =)

The food is great however the people behind the register are everything but pleasant if they smiled I believe their face would break. I will still eat your fish but try a new location this was about the tenth time I have visited this location each time the same. So sad I have to move on

Very slow and very rude service. I was the only one at the drive through and still waited for almost 10 minutes. They wouldnt come to the window. Since I was in a hurry, I drove off without any food or my refund.

Only healthy option is the baked fish bit no healthy sides. And dont eat here if you dont like being the youngest person there. Mainly tailor to older people that like deep fried everything. Not my cup of tea.
