Death delusion
Poor customer service from employees and manager... I would give them 0 stars if that was an option... middle piece of pizza was missing, pepperoni was rearranged weird. Ate here before and wasnt arranged like that ever. Called up and wanted to speak to a manager and got a dude claiming to be a manager... poor customer service must I say! Employees saying they want to fight and be completely immature over the phone?? I started to yell and this lady said I couldnt talk to her employees like that... whos really the manager here? Poorly ran.havent had a pizza that ever had pepperoni shaped like a penis... looked at corporate pictures and pepperoni isnt supposed to look like that. Some kind of sick joke! Will be complaining to corporate too.

You get what you pay for here but stick to the hot and ready options. Little Caesars is a quick and easy option if no dinner plans have been made. In my experience, the hot n ready pizzas have generally been.. hot.. and ready to pick up when we arrive. That being said, problems arise when asking for customization. One time we ordered (ahead of time) a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. When we went to pick it up, it was clear that it was a hot n ready pizza with uncooked mushrooms just thrown on top. Another occasion the wait time was far longer than it should have been. Pizza tastes fine for the price and the kids cant tell the difference. Just stick to what they are good at.. basic hot and ready pizzas. Otherwise go elsewhere.

The pizza is good, BUT they try to charge 9 bucks for a hot and ready pepperoni with extra cheese. Thats about 4 dollars for extra cheese. Thats almost the cost of an entire pizza, for more cheese. On the website an extra topping is $1.50. Maybe its just this Little Caesars but I dont want to pay that much for whats supposed to be a cheap fast pizza.

Had to wait 30 mins for my pizza I calle in because they only completed half the order. So I got a luke warm pizza and a hot one....after a thirty min wait. Did I mention I have a toddler that was running around the store?? Oh yeah and it was on a Monday around 320.... Are you that busy on a Monday around 320?

Walked in and person in front of me got service. I was asked to wait...after he took the 12th pizza out of oven, boxed up, and into warming unit (10+min.) I said if he boxed up one more Im leaving! 2 of the 3 people walked out with me. No use to make the pizza if you wont sell them to customers.

Decent pizza, poor service. Had to request a reprinted receipt for an expense Statement. Called 4 times over three weeks. Left name and number. No call.

Great place to go to grab a few pizzas for the kids as I personally dont like their Pizza but my children do so it works.
