I like Panda Express food, its pretty good Chinese fast food. However, the last time I ate there the food was really dry. Normally its fairly fresh though. My complaint is mainly that tonight, and another night (not totally recently) the drive-thru was blocked off by an employees car, I assume. The first time it happened, my boyfriend and I thought "okay, maybe theyre having some technical difficulty," or what have you. Then tonight the same thing happens, and we were agitated. I am wondering if whens its busy they block the drive-thru off because the line could protrude into the main drive of the shopping center? I dont know, kind of makes sense. Do they block it off because its busy in general and too much? Who knows. Whatever the case, its just annoying and probably deters a lot of customers from coming in, in spite of the drive-thru being closed. I dont know what they could do to forewarn people, like maybe having an actual sign stating the problem, but they need to figure out something more professional than just putting a car there to block everything. Otherwise I do like going there under normal circumstances.

First time being there and I got to the location shortly before they closed unfortunately. I didnt even know what i was going to buy, just that I felt like some Chinese food that night. I was told my choices would be limited because they were closing which I was more than okay with. This actually made my ordering easier since I had never been there my choices became slightly limited, and so I chose honey walnut shrimp. BEST DECISION EVER. It was incredibly delicious, and despite the warning they gave me of closing soon, my food was STILL hot, scrumptious, and I received it quicker than most of the veteran fast food chains in the area have been able to serve me. If I could give this chain/location more than 5 stars I would. As a matter if fact I will do it anyways... My score for you guys tonight: 7 out of 5 stars! Great job!

Good food for what it is. Manager took care of us when they messed up on our first visit. We appreciated that level of attention and service. The decor is amazing for a fast food joint. I want to live in this Panda Express. Negatives: if you get a bowl, they never feel them up all the way which is no good. And if you come when they are busy expect them to tell you youll have to wait up to 10 minutes for that entree/side while they make more. And they mean it. Youll be waiting.

Ive only been here a few times, but Ive always gotten excellent service and great food. Then today when I realized Id left my wallet behind just as I got to the drive-thru window, the lady waiting on me was very sympathetic and accommodating. She even gave me a small discount for my trouble when I came back (with my wallet this time) to pick up the food Id ordered. She also made the order again fresh so itd be hot. Definitely recommend!

Its hit or miss here, they have a drive thru but I would recommend going inside to see the food. If its been sitting a while its terrible but when its hot and fresh its pretty good. I wish they cut more of the tail off of the shrimp, especially the breaded pieces in the walnut shrimp entree. Another wish would be for them to use thicker lo mein noodles so they dont dry out as quickly and get hard.

Not alot of food out and way under staffed.. But the employee at the front was very nice and polite.. Also the tables and floor were very dirty probably to do with being under staffed. I travel for a living all across the country and this is probably the worst one ive ever been at. This one really needs good management or ownership...!!

They were out of the food I ordered (understandable, it happens) but they waited until everyone in line had been taken care of before they made my plate. I had already paid and was waiting 15 minutes even though they made more of what I ordered after 2 minutes. I will NOT be coming back.

Been there 3 times. First two times, PERFECT. Last time, chicken tasted sour, like it went bad, the rice was way under cooked and crunchy, BUT the young lady was very polite and refunded us AND gave us a different meal of our choice. That did make it better.

Food is pretty good, but they have no ice in the restaurant. The girl said it comes out cold from the dispenser behind the counter , but it wasnt. The food is spicy, so you need a cold drink! Ive never heard of a restaurant that doesnt use ice for drinks!

They seriously need to fix some things. Employees need proper training on food safety. They will leave less popular items out on the line for HOURS. Order something popular like orange chicken and fried rice to be guaranteed fresh food.

I love Panda Express. But this location isnt very good. They always have the drive through blocked off, entrees are always on a wait, and a few employees can be rude. Three stars because when its done right this food chain is delicious.

I had to go inside when they got my order wrong at the drive thru. Guy fixed order then basically threw it at me while muttering something under his breath. This was in front of a manager. Yeah....Great customer service.
