Amazing food that always brought me back from the dead. Had a bad experience one night; called and got a pita delivered, gave out my cc info and was read back to me. Five hours later when they opened up I got a call saying they needed my card number again. I know they had it the first time as they read it back, they wrote it down and lost it. I was very concerned for my credit account so I put a hold on it. Couldnt pay them since I put the hold on my account and was harrassed insessently for two weeks straight. really freaked me out. Im sure they wasted more than $5 in man hours trying to harass me into paying with another card. that was the last time I had Pita pit.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! the 2 girls working there definitely didnt want to be there. i came in on a weekday night when it was relatively empty and being a first timer i didnt know how the whole thing worked-its like a mediterranean subway but some toppings are extra while others are included in the pita u pick, was kinda confusing....they didnt bother to help at all and kind of scoffed when i was taking my time picking out the toppings, but one thing they were excited about was pushing a punch card, like i would ever come back to this place smh......its very overpriced! like so so so much! i could make this at home, will not return even if you payed me to!

Waited on hold for ten minutes, got hung up on, called back to only get a message saying "The mailbox number you are trying to reach is unavailable." The food is usually good, but dont *always* expect prompt service and delivery.

Its currently 1:26 a.m 6/28/16 and the door is locked. An employee is looking me in the face. Their sign says theyre closed at 2 a.m. Not sure whats going on but wouldve liked an explanation if the store closed early tonight.

Love the food but their service is horrible. Ive tried calling for the last half hour and nobody will answer the phone. This has become a regular problem getting people to answer. Not the same as it used to be!

Food is great. They have a veggie grill just for people who want their food meat-free. Also, if you want to shake things up a bit, put avocado with some sour cream on your falafel sub.

I love Pita Pit! The food is always fresh and good. This location also has great daily specials. The only cons are that service can be iffy, and you cannot order delivery online yet.
