There was vomit in the toilet when we went in. We reported it & the girl finally ran in, flushed the toilet & ran out but left the trash can full which is probably the source of some of the vomit smell that was still there when we went to use the restroom. Our husbands stood waiting on the mens restroom for some time & finally went next door to use their restroom. Eventually a male employee came out of the mens room. My daughter in laws blizzard was made incorrectly even though I heard one employee tell them correctly how to make it, then when they remade it they didnt mix it all the way down so the bottom half was only ice cream. I ordered a small chocolate Sunday & the chocolate appeared to be brown water so I had it remade & it was the same. They said thats the way it comes out of the squirt bottle. I have never seen them put it on from a bottle, it is always put on from a pump. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at any DQ! They didnt seem to know what they were doing & didnt seem interested in trying to help make things better. When we left the restroom still had not been taken care of.

Started out walking into the restroom and vomit was in the toilet. It took staff a couple minutes, and all they did was flush the toilet and said ok. Then there was an employee in the mens bathroom and 3 men waiting to use the toilet that went next door to the gas station. Next comes out food service... My blizzard was made incorrectly and then when re-made only the top third of the blizzard was mixed (why even get a blizzard, I could have bought a sundae!?!). My fries were burnt and Luke-warm, even though it took them making all of our 4 ice creams, 5 if you count the remaking of my blizzard that came out before my fries. Then to top it off my mother-in-law had a chocolate sundae and the chocolate was like runny chocolate water, not chocolate syrup (and yes to the employees we know the difference between hot chocolate fudge and chocolate sauce). I will never ever visit this DQ again and cant wait for our DQ in Brazil, IN to open back up!!! So much for a nice ice cream on our road trip back home from FL :-(

I had an issue before and I contacted corporate about it.I was told via email that I would here from somebody at this location.I have not heard from anybody at all.Today I decided to give them another try.I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large Oreo Blizzard.I specifically told the women who took my order I did not want a spoon in my Blizzard.I have no idea where the spoon has been.I reminded her again I did not want a spoon in it and she could put a lid on it.I went to the second window and waited almost 8 minutes for a Blizzard.The only receipt I received was credit card receipt.Sure enough she starts to hand it to me with a spoon in it.I told her a third time I did not want a spoon in it.She took the spoon out and put a lid on it.I gave it to my neighbor when I got home.I am done with this Dairy Queen. I guess people in Henderson,Ky. have lowered their expectations to meet the quality of service they are forced to deal with.I guess I had to choose a star before I could post but one star is too many.

The great thing is my food was hot. However, as I waited for it I looked into the kitchen where they had the ice cream toppings. It was disgusting! If I had ordered ice cream or a frosty, I wouldve canceled my entire order. Moreover, the side door was open and all I could think about was bugs flying in into the ice cream toppings since they were uncovered. The dining room looked decent, but the drink area was a sticky mess. I could better understand had the lunch rush just ended, but it was a calm night. I ordered a crispy chicken artisan sandwich. As I ate I kept checking the chicken. It just didnt taste like chicken. When I got home I saw the box was marked turkey... I really like Dairy Queen, but I wont return to this location.

In drive thru line for 11 minutes i believe and it was in the ice cream line when they were about to close still no excuse though the line is always long and takes all-day waisting my gas and last time I bought a strawberry sundae it didnt taste same as usual tasted kinda nasty

Food is good but dont expect speedy service at the drive thru. That includes the ice cream only window. I can understand a wait for food cooked to order but Im not sure how it can take 20 minutes to get to the front of the line at the ice cream only window.....

I love DQ and so does my family. Their food is good and taste like you made it at home. Cant beat their Flurrys. Nice indoor atmosphere. and in the middle of town so no matter where you are its only 5 minutes away.

Waited 20+ minutes for 2 burgers. About 6 were working the front and there was only 1 cooking. Didnt recieve my full order. A simple sorry for your wait would have went far

Sunday drive thru service is very slow. Only car in line, only 2 in parking lot. Took 8 minutes for a sundae and malt. 11:15 am. Not peak business hours.
