The food is amazing. The service inside is okay but for delievery its completely atrocious! The driver doesnt get out the car, and wont even call; He just honks the horn. You have to come out and get your own food from his van, which he swings from the passaenger seat at you. If you take too long he will drive off. They try to take a physical imput of the card, if one is used- but I didnt allow them to do that.

I Just Called Them & Ordered Food & Had To Wait An Hour. As Soon As The Delivery Man Called I Got My Money & Went Outside To See He Was Gone. I Called Back & He Yelled At Me & Said I Took Too Long! Food is horrible! Rice was dry no green onions no bean sprouts and pieces of shrimp! Egg rolls were overcooked and dry! To top of my experience when i came back to the counter to get my smoothies they were for some reason trying not to laugh when he handed it to me..needles to say i threw them away! Never again!

Customers (most)are nice but the one female worker with glasses, shes always Rude & mean spirited. So guess what I dont hv to spend my money at a place where a order taker treats customers in rude manner ive witnessed several occasions where She wasnt friendly to customers asking for something simple.

They took my credit card by phone and didnt deliver my food then when I called they hung up on me literally 10 plus times. I reported fraud to my bank to get my money back. Im sorry they did answer one time and told me I had to call the driver about my food. Wow! Be careful these people are crooked

They are always rude, especially the woman. They get your orders wrong then send some thugs to deliver your food, and they show up hours later. The food is not that good and ordering from this establishment is a total waste of time and money. I only go on Roosevelt and Ashland from now on.

Be nice and friendly to the people that work here and they will be the same. The food is fresh and delicious. Very accommodating for orders. Pick up is always the fastest option. Ive ordered here since they opened, its consistent and they remember you!

Horrible delivery service the delivery does not get out the car you have to get out your house and go to the delivery guys car to get your food and they start honking the horn from a mile away they do not give you soda with dinner or lunch specials
