Havent my seen my wife this livid in a while. Wife just came back from here today and had the rudest woman wait on her. She placed an order online. Got there, told then she placed an order online, the woman asked if the screen was correct. It was, pulled up and said we dont do the triple crunch wrap, I told you the last time. My wife said no last time you said you didnt have the spicy. The woman was mean and talked down to her.

Food was okay. The service was on the poor side, stood in front of the register while all the employees were in the back. As one lady was fixing the drive through area, she called someone else rather than taking my order. Seems like it was a problem to serve me because majority of the employees seemed I was bothering them. Probably last time Im coming to this location. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have always enjoyed eating in the Boulevard shop of Taco Bell. They have the best Customer Service in Hopkinsville. The serve a mean Mexican pizza meal, beef taco salad and now triple double crunchwrap meal. AWESOME AND DELICIOUS. The TB store could take lessons on how to do things right. Did I mention a mean breakfast sausage/cheese crunchwrap. OH WOW.

If your order is correct, good luck getting cheese on anything. We went there tonight, not my choice, and ordered 3 tacos, a quesadilla, taco salad and burrito supreme. We asked for fire sauce and got 3 packs. How pathetic? I have gone to taco bells elsewhere and have received better service on their worst day than you can get at our on its best.

Service is always slow, employees cant be bothered to pay attention to paying customers, and the dining room is always a disaster. Trash overflowing, napkins and condiments empty, lids and straw wrappers all over the drink station, and the floor is perpetually disgusting; greasy or sticky, depending on where you stand.

They never get all the orders correct and they always try to steal your money or succeed at it when they dont give back your change correctly. The girl at the register today got me for $1.99 on a freeze that i never got and $20.00 from the $100.00 bill I paid for it with!! Very shady practices! !!

Everything was made as we ordered. It was ready within 5 minutes, (it was a large order). My only complaint was my cheesy gordita crunch flour tortilla was stale, but my boyfriend had one as well that wasnt, so I think I just got a bad one. Everything was really good!

13 people were waiting in their food. Place was nasty. No tables were clean they need serious help food is good but environment is terrible counters were dirty under the counter you order were kids candy wrappers straw wrappers the cleanliness is pathetic.

Its fast food but my orders are never right or all of my items are not in the bag when I get home. Allergic to tomatoes and always get them even when I request not to. Horrid service but decent food after you pick and fix it yourself. Ijs!

HORRIBLE experience, wish i could give 0 stars. Waited in the drive thru line for 26 minutes for 4 tacos and a 4 pack of cinnabons. Got home just to realize the tacos were incorrect. Waste of time and wont be back to this location.

Same as any taco bell. The only thing is pulling into restaurant from one side you have to turn at stoplight and go into backside. If not you will have to go down road and turn around.
