I rate @ 2.5 Stars. July 2016 Dr Thru was slow. Customer Service neither rude or friendly. Just there. The price of the food was a bit much. We got a 12 Tender Combo. It came with 12 Tenders Large Cajun Rice that was really small Large Cole Slaw was really small 6 Biscuits that were very good. We also got 2 Large Fries We did not get Drinks. The food was good. The Tenders had small pieces that they counted as a Tender. Also the Tenders were very skinny pieces. The the food was good but lacked in quantity. The cost should not have been above $22.00 Max. We decided we will not purchase from POPEYES AGAIN. TOO MANY PLACES TRYING TO TAKE YOU FOR A TRIP.

I love the food, when I can get it warm, but the service at this location and the Hwy 5 location is horrible. I have never had someone who didnt have an attitude accompanied by a stank look on their face going inside or through the drive thru. And being someone who managed fast food restaurants I know that working in fast food isnt hard. And I gave this location 1 star because I actually got my food warm and didnt have to wait 20min for it to be ready.

Uh, its Popeyes! Restaurant and Food Safety inspection rating is typically high 90s. Good place for a quick grab. Service is fast but customer service could use work. I typicall go through the drive up window and always have to double check the order. Ive been surprised a few times upon returning the office and either Im missing something or have something other than what I ordered.

I called at 9:30 p.m. to ask a question before heading there before their 11:00 p.m. closing. The phone rang about 20 times before someone picked up the phone and put it down again, ending the call. I called back, same thing. Then I called a Popeyes nearby because I wanted to make sure this one was still operating, and got no answer there, either. Great customer service, people.

Love Popeyes,especially this one. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I ordered an entree and was told, after order was taken, it would be a 10 minute wait. Because of that I was offered not one, but 2, yes 2 additional entrees and was told that if I was still in the store when my first order was ready she would bring it out to me also. At no charge!!! Ill be back.

Best Popeyes in town. The manager Ms. Tanger is excellent and she keeps the store in tip top shape. The staff is friendly and do their beat to cater to the customer. This establishment is owned and operated by 755 Restaurant Corporation. All of their restaurants are top notch! I would recommend them to anyone! Keep the good work up guys!!!

Tasty chicken and biscuits, I thought the serving size was pretty scrawny for what it cost though. I got the 2 piece combo and my friend got the wicked chicken deal - both of ours were tiny, so I wouldnt advise going for the cheaper ($4-6) menu items if you want a filing meal.

I waited 10 minutes for food. Then was given this small bit of gravy that I spent $1.69 on. When I asked about it, they said they charged by the scoop not the size. I love popeyes food, but this is ridiculous.

Not as affordable for a family meal as it use to be. The string beans have changed, use to taste.uch better. The red beans a rice container was not filled for the 2nd time in 3 months.

Food was hoid...just not happy about the nuggets taken off the menu and no one can tell me why...used to go 4 times a week because of the nuggets. Now its a couple times a month

Food is better than the highway 5 location. Always clean and the customer service is cool. Ive never had any problems except the wait lines at night can be a bit long.
