Terrible food terrible service corn looked as if it had been on steam table for days. Hushpuppies were hard as golfballs. to many kids working their unsupervised no management to be seen. Used to love eating there but never again last two visits were the same. Not worth wasting the time to stop. I gave one star because I couldnt give zero. Sorry Mr. Bagshaw I used to work for you but this store is nothing like the one I worked at.

We had to pull our car off to the side and wait 10 minutes. Once we finally got our food and left, we found out that they forgot to include the sauces for the chicken and forgot napkins and spoons for the mashed potatoes. The food was luke warm. Very disappointing. Was expecting more from the first KFC stop in Kentucky heading south...

WOW, this place is beyond terrible. I ordered a 3 pc box with grilled chicken. Look at the picture I posted, its not even close to food! I wouldnt feed this to my dogs!! I have some choice words for this KFC that are inappropriate to put on Google. Stay away from this piece of garbage establishment.

My whole group and I got food poisoning after eating at this location. I strongly suggest you choose another kFC, We suspect it was the coslaw. That shows you that they are not keeping food at the right temperatures. Out of all the KFCS in the country, we get food poisoning in Kentucky, how ironic?.

Amazing! Friendliest experience in any fast-food place ever. Kids were fighting over chicken and she brought one over to make it fair, gave us two drinks, instead of sharing one, so the little ones could feel special. The staff had an awesome repor with each other. great experience

Terrible experience with inept employees from cashier getting order wrong to manager not knowing the meals and then getting the order wrong again when trying to correct it. Very rude employees. Dont bother with this place.

Fairly clean and normally fast store. They did manage to run out of chicken tenders after I ordered and didnt get my last one too everyone in my party was finished. Still a good meal.

Had to wait 45 minutes for my food. Some of the worst service ever. They ran out of hush puppies, wedges, and biscuits. If you are in a hurry dont come here. Also the food looked fake.

Great place for chicken and fish. My favorite is the Long Johns Fish & Chicken with potato wedges and hush puppies...and a KFC Snacker. Their Cole Slaw is fabulous as well!

This KFC / Long John Silver combo restaurant is pretty clean and is convenient if you want both chicken and fish. Food was hot and made to order. Staff was very friendly.
