Hmmm... Where do I start? First, I was under the impression that this particular buffet was the same one as in Fairfield OH - WRONG. The logo is the same, but that is where similarities end. Florence KY is a lot closer to us than Fairfield, so it seemed very logical to go less distance. I am a very big of the grill at the Asian Buffet in Fairfield, so my first "plate" was going to be from the grill at the Florence location. NONE of the raw foods in the grill section seemed fresh - there was some raw frozen beef in the pan, but on top there was dark brown meat. I am no expert in raw foods, but if meat starts to change color, let alone from red to brown, I am sure that that meat should not be served to customers. So I have opted for the chicken, but it did also tasted bad - it had a sour aftertaste, again usually a sign of meat going bad. Moreover, none of the raw vegetable choices were fresh. Broccoli, onions, bell peppers - all of them were started to dry! Who knows how many hours (or days) they have been outside? So, needless to say I could not eat my grill plate. Well, I have decided to have some of the pre-cooked choices. All of the cooked chicken choices that I have tried actually tasted not bad. So even though the grill was very big disappointment, I could at least enjoy some pre-cooked choices. We have also printed out a coupon from the "Reach Magazine" website, which clearly stated that the bearer of the coupon was entitled to $3 off 2 dinners and there were no additional stipulations listed. Upon bringing the table bill and the coupon to the manager I was given only $1.50 off 2 dinners. Now, I am not haggling an extra $1.50 discount over here, but one would think that if the coupon conditions were met (2 dinners), then he/she is entitled to $3 off and not $1.50. Again, no explanation was given to me. I really wanted to like this place, but my experience at this Florence location was very sour and I will travel an extra distance to the Asian Buffet in Fairfield, OH from now on.

it is such a horrible place! the food is old and have very wired tastes. the variety of food is just the same as all the other asian buffets out there if not less. hibachi bars meat and veggies are not fresh what so ever: beef slices are mostly brown and has a rubbery look, and soaked in half inch of blood because they are exposed to the air for too long. Same with the chicken. their shrimps in all the dishes are dry and rubbery. The service was just horrible as their food. my husbands drink was empty through out our dinner. our waitress walked by four times, looked at it and walked away. He did not get a refill until we finished eating, and it was not even during busy hour! the waitresses were rather chit chatting than giving service! we were sitting by the table for 20 minutes after we finished eating, and nobody bothered to bring our bill until we walked to our waitress and asked for it. I would give this place negative stars if I could. DO NOT GO THERE unless you feel like wasting your money. I am not the only one who complains about this place. ladies sit next to our table were also saying their food is bad, so are some of the people from the mall across the street.

I used to go here all the time prior to 2010 and the food was pretty good and typical for a Chinese buffet. I even took out of town friends to this place frequently and everyone enjoyed it. Fast forward to now: visited again and the place was empty (first bad sign) around 4pm. The selection was as I remembered but the quality was not. Everything tasted old and cheap. On top of this, they charge more than some other similar places that still have quality food. Seems like management let things slip and people have visited less which makes the food lay around even more which just makes the problem worse. If they want to stay in business they need to reboot: come up with a new smaller menu and offer some good promotions to get people back in the door. Hope they get their act together or its going to be out of business soon.

Ive been here about 5-6 times in the last 2 years and I am never disappointed. price is a tad high compared to other chinese buffets in the area but its worth it since some have stopped serving crab. They have a huge... and I mean HUGE selection of food thats never cold and satisfying to the taste buds. The crab can be a tad overcooked at times and a fight to get flaky meat out of the soft shells so its not the best Ive ever had but at least they serve it and its never empty. Ive never had sushi outside of buffets but their sushi is better than anyone elses Ive tried. and a plate or two full is worth the price alone. the staff has always been friendly and the service is good.

Eh...it was alright. We came in before 330 which is when the dinner price kicks in. The only difference is they add crab legs and 3.50 more per person. While we were eating they added the crab legs but we did not eat any. They tried to charge me for a dinner price. When I politely told the waitress that we had the lunch menu she rolled her eyes and said something I couldnt understand and snatched the ticket out of my hand. She never apologized but did fix the bill. I even tipped her. All in all a normal buffet. Super tiny sushi pieces and some of the food looked to be old and I didnt try. No pots tickers which i found odd! Wouldnt waste my money there again.

I used to love it here. It has gotten dirtier over the years, and recently Ive seen, on several occasions, patrons coughing or sneezing onto hands and then using the tongs or ladles to plate their food. The staff do nothing, even when told about it. I dont feel safe eating here anymore as I worry about getting sick. I actually just walked out after seeing a woman sneeze into her hand and on the food, then ladling some out, with the workers nearby doing nothing. TL;DR Its become dirty, and the staff do nothing when people sneeze on the food in the bar or on the ladles.

Worst place I have ever eaten in my life. Everything is cold and old. The only reason we stayed is cause we were hungry. But you know its bad when your kids wont eat it. The pizza was beyond cold..even the "fresh food" they brought out was cold. The sushi...yeah right. It tastes like sushi that was frozen at one point. The only good thing was the honey chicken. Then to make matters worse..they charged us 70.00!!! Like are u serious. We will never ever go back. I hope like hell I dont wake up with food poisoning.

Very disappointed. Im from Ohio and came down here for the Reds vs Giants game and seen this place was the best Asian Buffet around. I would hate to see how the others are.. Food was room temperature, half the heat lamps were off with food below them and the waitresses complain when you leave then a half a plate of food (sorry, but Im not going to continue to eat the food if it isnt appetizing). Overall, its a fair price (if it was fresh) but I wont be coming back.
