This is a review simply in customer service. The food was amazing. I dont see why people on here are so rude about the forgot items. Does that warrant a 1 star? No. How the manager handles it is more important. I ordered from this place for the first time as a new resident to Florence KY and I was greeted with an acceptable tone, at first, with him asking about my area code 502 and address and such. But I could tell the person taking my order (whom I find out later is the manager JoJo) seemed to get annoyed with me once I said I wanted to order the lunch portion of the orange chicken and curry chicken. The menu says until 3pm but I understand where he was coming from. I have to take customers at 6 even though that is when we close and I end up staying till 8 to close when my actual stores closes at 6. So keep in mind the lunch menu ends at 2:50. I called in at 2:45. The reason I wont give a 5 star is simply because the manager I spoke to while placing my order was rude in tone using words like "if we cut out the chit chat". It takes one to know one I guess so I can see why customers dont like the guy. But it must be fast paced and he might have a tight ship to handle so I simply told him he sounded rude and I apologized for not knowing the 10 min cut off rule. I felt rushed to place my order only because i ordered something off the lunch menu. So lesson is make sure you remember to place your order before 2:50 for lunch. And thank you to JoJo for his patience with me. I think this store will have better ratings if more people were upfront with the manager and stopped giving bad ratings because of no sauce. Further more the food was great and I was pleased with the pricing. This isnt a gourmet restaurant. It is a well priced, lots of food for your money kind of place. I recommend it for the basic combination rolls and the lunch menu when you order before 2:50. $5 for a nice sized meal is great!

The first time I ordered sushi from here it was decent. It was mostly convenient because they deliver to my work. This time, I ordered Sunday Morning roll and a Crunch Munch roll. For those of you that doesnt know, the Sunday Morning is COOKED Salmon, with cream cheese, deep fried. The Sunday Morning was cold and the salmon was RAW. Which can be DANGEROUS if you dont know the restaurant well and how fresh the fish is. The manager said that sometimes that happens with Sunday morning, but I have never had a Sunday Morning sushi rolls that was raw. I couldnt stomach it. And the Crunch Munch rolls is described as, "White Shrimp & crunch flakes on top of Yum Yum with spicy mayo." So, it is basically a Yum Yum roll (Just spicy crab meat, which is crab meat, mixed with Sriracha sauce and mayo) topped with a large white shrimp, more spicy mayo, and tempura flakes on top. My Crunch Munch roll has no sauce at all. Not even on the inside for the spicy crab. It was crab mixed with tempura flakes. Which makes me wonder if they were trying to use the tempura as filler so they didnt have to give me as much crab. So, they might be jipping you without you knowing it. No sauce. It was not Yum Yum at all. It was bland, had so much tempura you couldnt taste anything else. Not worth the 8 dollars. When I brought this too the attention to the management they offered a credit for just the Crunch Munch roll but I refused it due to not wanting to ever eat at this restaurant again. Especially because of their no refund policy. It would have been one thing for them to run me out a new order but they only offered me a credit for the one roll, despite the Sunday Morning being RAW. I havent eaten the sushi because I wouldnt think its safe. I warn you, dont eat at this establishment. It was the worst 20 dollars I have spent on just two rolls and the delivery charge.

First off I have never written a bad review but here my rant goes. We ordered delivery because my wife had to work in an hour. They informed us after we tried to order sweet and sour chicken that they were out of the breading they fry in, understandable, even though its half your menu. Next we went to order some crab Rangoon, oh wait...they were out of that too. So we get some fried rice pork for our kids and 3 sushi rolls for us. I had an out dated menu so one of the rolls were on the pick any three my fault. When we got our food the rolls were really poorly wrapped, not fresh, and quite disgusting..we didnt eat much of it. The fried rice, if that what you want to call it, was poorly flavored and had no to very little pork in it. I have been to better places with better food and service for cheaper...DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

The food is good. Ive really only ever ordered takeout. I rarely ever see anyone dining in when I go in to get my takeout order. After attempting to actually eat in at the restaurant I understand why... there is no drink selection. There is a Coca Cola fountain machine on a counter with Out Of Order Post-It notes on every selection. Their only selection is a limited selection of bottled sodas in a fridge behind the counter. I didnt care for the selection and didnt want to have to pay for a bottle of water (which is typically of no charge when you dine in at a restaurant). I ended up just opting to go somewhere else to eat instead of dining in because of it.

Bad. Very bad. I viewed the menu online before calling in my pick up order. When I got home I was terribly disappointed at what we ended up with. Menu said steamed chicken and mixed vegetables with white rice and sauce on the side. No sauce. Also ordered Dragon and Phoenix with fried rice ( which costs an additional $2) but received brown rice. When I called I was told sauce is no longer served with this dish though the website says otherwise and fried rice no longer has vegetables in it. Bad food, bad advertising, and staff lacks courtesy.

And if there was any way to explain it it was nasty as poop this was not chicken it tasted more like Duck there was no meat it to be chicken was really weird and ask for a tip when we already paid enough out like no Merry Christmas thats what he said we are using up all of our money to buy the food very inconsiderate if I can give you 0 if I could and ive had garbage thats better than this very nasty food for the price and my French fries were hard oil change places there a 30 times better than this pick another place to go eat

Usually very good service and food. Called in for a call ahead order and was told to do so online. Did everything correct online and food was delivered 1 hour early. Deliver driver had nothing to say about the mistake so i called the store and got a half hearted apology with no resolution. They could have offered a discount on our next order for the inconvenience. Food is good but dont expect a smile on their face to get it to you.
