so far the food every time has been great, but the girl on the phone taking my order really isnt nice. She acts as if my order is too much trouble for her to deal with, but I feel like if I am spending up to $75.00 per delivery order she should treat me better! The first delivery order I placed a couple of weeks ago she actually argued with someone about the delivery fee while I was on the phone. She wanted to charge more than the other person said was fair. I called her out on her hatefulness and wanted to charge me more than a fair delivery price for such a large order, ($65.00) plus a $5 delivery fee, she then offered me a free appetizer. Today was my second delivery order and again it was over $70.00, and when I asked if we would still get a free appetizer for such a large order she sounded as if I had asked for her left kidney! Finally offered the free appetizer. I have heard that 3rd times a charm, so they might get a 3rd delivery order out of us and if we experience the same problems it will be our last!

Ive been here many times in the past and the most few recent times the food is old and cold and if you want to be charged more than your bill use your debt card. I know that it seems small but my bill was 10.60 and when I checked my bank app it said 12.72... I usually tip but its been a little tight right now with money and figured Id eat out for once in awhile. Well when I went back to ask why they charged me 2.12 cents more she said that it might be my bank and I know thats a lie becuase Ive gone there many of times before and used the same card and was never charged over. So Ive figured it out and found out that if you dont put a tip or scrible the tip line out they will take a tip anyways. So I will be reporting this to the authorities.

Person working at the front didnt want to get off of their butt or recognize 4 of us standing there waiting for a few minutes. Staff didnt seem to care and checked on us for refills one time. Person refilling some trays kept cutting in front of us instead of waiting to pass. Bathroom was nice and dirty so I chose to hold my pee for home. Used a new card here and surprise..... had fraudulent charges in China 2 weeks later. Was the only place I had used the card. Dont seeing that being a coincidence since it was the only place I had used it and was new. Just dont go here.

Today was my first time eating here and it sucked. The food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. We never saw our waitress so eventually after waiting forever we went up to the front to pay. She had the nerve to say something about us not tipping and to top it all off there was hair in our food. We didnt tip because we didnt receive service. I saw others getting frustrated at lack of service as well. Never going back there again!!

The dine-in was great. The staff was friendly and the food was wonderful. Ordering for delivery is awful. They didnt have all the food and when called to ask about getting the rest of the food we paid for, they said we would have to pay again. Really? We ordered $60 worth of food and had to split dinners up so all the kids would have a plate and they wanted us to pay twice? Thats ridiculous. Lucky they got the 2 stars.

We go to Chinese buffets on a weekly basis. For the price and quality of food, this one was one of the best we have been to. We paid for 2 what most buffets would charge for one and had the same variety if not more. The older food tasted as good as the new. As for any bad reviews about this place, it all depends on what day and time of day you go as it does for any chinese buffet. Definitely an A rank in our book!

I love the food here and I would recommend it to anyone but if you order the food for delivery is can take up to 3 hours. Thats right, 3 HOURS! I called them and they just said that the delivery guy was on his way and they will give me free egg rolls....meaning he didnt leave yet. So if you where to eat here I would recommend eating inside the resultant and not ordering anything online.

As someone who has lived in New York, Boston and Beijing I take my Chinese food seriously. This is Americanized Chinese food. It offers a buffet as well as menu service, it is fairly inexpensive, the establishment is very clean and the staff are nice. If you are looking for more authentic Chinese food, as of now, you will have to go to Lexington or Louisville.

Decent Asian buffett. They never prepare my to go food until I get there which defeats the purpose of calling ahead. The services are not friendly, but there is not a lot of guest server interaction since it is a buffett. The kids that check out customers have a difficult time of putting down their phone or iPad to interact with customers or even look at them.

Look, this place is $5 for a buffet. This is on a different scale. You couldnt eat anywhere else in Frankfort at this value. They are attentive with their service and the place is always clean. The quality wouldnt be great for $15 but for $5, you really cant beat it. My kids love it and my wife and I love it. This place is solid.

I stopped in yesterday (first time) for carry out buffet and feel cashier was less than friendly. After picking out my food, I had to wait for her to return to stand to get a bag; which was unceremoniously handed to me, no utensils, no fortune cookies, no "thank you". Food only fair. It will be a long time before I return.

Terrible! I had delivery I was told 40 minutes, it came in an hour and 15 minutes. I ordered a 2 liter, they forgot that, he had to come back with it. I had a spicy tuna roll and bit into a big piece of plastic IN my sushi roll. NOT pleasant to bite into. I will not go back there again!

It was an alright service by the waiters, however what bothers me is the food and drinks. It seemed a little off and the the Pepsi I drank tasted as if it was watered down or maybe a diet but they said it wasnt. But the buffet deal isnt too bad and it does get you stuffed.

Placed a delivery order over an hour ago. Had to call and was told my order left 10 minutes ago (although I live 2 minutes away). Good arrived COLD. The food also looked as if it had been thrown into the car before making it to me.

Buffet below average , wouldnt make more sushi, very stingy, very slow on the hibachi grill, manager had to ring the bell for service multiple times. Not a happy employees at all, very pushy for you to pay the bill. Wont be back!
