I typically enjoy Olive Garden and dont recall a previous bad experience. This restaurant is newly opened so hopefully they are on the road to improvement. We expected a long wait to be seated but it was actually twice as long as the 1 hour that was suggested when we checked in. Once we were seated the waitress was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. After we ordered it was another long wait before our food arrived. On top of that our party of 4 didnt receive our meals at the same time, one person waited nearly 10 minutes for food to arrive after everyone else had their meal. The waiting, both pre and post order, is frustrating but I can forgive (especially being new) but the quality of food was unforgivable. The salmon I ordered was uneatable, so dried and burnt my daughter thought it looked like a steak. The broccoli side was not well cooked, cold and flavorless. My wife had similar experience with her meal. They only positive in our experience was our waitress. We wont be returning to this spot, at least not for a long while.

Got right in had a booth by the bar. Our server was great. She made sure we had everything we needed. We got our salad it was good tea was ok. But waited forever on the app when we got it the calamari was barely coated, the fried ravioli was hard as a brick the cheese sticks were underdone. Then sit and waited for another good while on our meals and when they come out they were completely wrong. Wasnt even what we ordered at all. So the waitress goes to check and see what happens and the kitchen screwed up order. The pasta was over cooked and basically the whole meal wasnt even worth going there. Either get a better kitchen staff or get managers that know how to expedite food the servers better. And managers that dont have a attitude when a customers complain about what there cooks did wrong dont be pissy with customers. Then when we take it home to eat it. Go to take a bite and there was a black hair wrapped around the noodles. Know its not mine because I have blonde hair.

The host wasnt sure where waitress was but seated us at booth anyway. We wait, she comes, takes drink orders. Then give order when she returned. Took 15 to get salad. Our drinks were empty. I tried to jave patience, but our waitress was actually having to bar tend too. She didnt have time to check on us. Took another 20 to get meal. My sons alfredo had a hair in it. I had to get her attention..didnt apologized just said Ill get you another. But heres the final straw..my daughter had shared are ravioli with red sauce to him so his plate had some red in it. When she comes back with his meal..it was in to go box because she knew running late. No discount, no dessert, no checking by manager..i pay and we leave. After leaving my son goes to open and says "mom, this was my first plate". It had the red in there!!! Furious. But we were running way to late, he already had taken his insulin and had no choice but to eat. Very disappointed in whole experience.

Basil pesto angel hair pasta very limp, overcooked & swimming in a deep pool of oil! Sent first & second basket of breadsticks back to kitchen as they were old, chewy & had the texture of microwaved. Third time got fresh, hot, good breadsticks, but by then, the pleasure of the visit had waned. Salad had one tiny sliver of tomato in the whole bowl and strangely, no dressing..had to ask! I ordered a Limoncello cut with soda water so it wouldnt be as strong. Took 15 minutes but the Bartender, Blue, was very polite & did a great job after he found the recipe! Our waitress was a nice girl who seemed to be working by herself while some others just stood around. Decor & music were nice, but it the patterned booths near the bar are flat and hard, we all noticed. Seems like a classic case of Bad Management.

Awful service tonight. Staff needs to be trained that you dont gossip out front of the in-out door about your life and the work place. If youre about to get off work you should be waiting in the back not out front talking with either a present co-worker or past co-worker. Let me get to my food 45mins for a takeout order. I dont even want to get to how my food was packaged. Servers shouldnt be playing around while customers are awaiting their food. I am very upset!!!! I couldnt even find a manager on the floor... the take out server short hair with glasses African-American deserved a tip, however, I couldnt find myself to do so because of the foolery and bad standards set. My wife opens up our bag no bread sticks at all. Soup cold as hell!!! I am pissed I wasted $30.00 on cold ass food.

Olive Garden in elizabethtown ky was such a let down and waste of money we arrived at 7:00 and didnt get our food until about 9 so we had to take all of our orders to go . People who sat down way after us had there food in a legit amount of time my little sister ordered chicken fingers and French fries when we opened the containers it was only French fries , I ordered. Chicken Marsala pasta my noodles were not in there my mom ordered shrimp scampi with fettuccine noodles and got angel hair and my brother got chicken alfredo with no chicken and they messed up all of our orders not only did it take forever they also screwed everything up my tip to anyone who is thinking about visiting is dont waste your money its not worth it and customer service is horrible

No room for customers to stand with party guest at bar. Waiters and waitress kept walking through the small bar area requiring guest to have to move every time every couple of seconds. Very annoying. Server assistant tried to give us someone elses appetizers. When the customer service manager stopped by our table to ask us how everything is she didnt seem to really care or really want to know how things were going. If you dont really want to know dont just ask because thats what you think your supposed to do or told to do. Food was just ok. Food was not warm. Spegitte was dry. Server did a good job and she was nice.

The worst ever...everything was dirty...new restaurant come on...food was burnt...how is that possible...waiter dod not know menu at all...wasnt sure he even knew where he was working...took forever to get in even when half of the tables were empty...my husband ordered the shrimp fettucini and the shrimp were burnt and made all of the pasta taste burnt...he wanted a limocello lemonade and got a long island limoncello...pretty sure that is not even a thing....lastly the bathrooms were filthy...management must be horrible because they are not training staff properly...do not go.

It was Derby Day so we knew it would be busy so we called to place our order. We were told it would be at the restraunt to pick up our order at 5:55. I entered the restraunt through the "to go" enterence at 5:53, as my attempts to call the restraunt 8 different times found the line busy. ( the method described on the "to go" sign) Upon entering I paid for my food and and was informed the kitchen was a few minutes behind. I finally left the restraunt at 6:20 only to return as they forgot a portion of my order. Thank goodness I realized before leaving the parking lot.
