Always loved eating here previously. But tonight we ordered take out then got home to realize they gave us one of the wrong meals and most of the food was made wrong and not worth eating. We had ordered one Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Meal and one Al A Carbonara Meal. Both meals with salad and breadsticks. They gave us 2 meals of Chicken Fettuccine without hardly any alfredo sauce. Literally one meal had a little sauce on the bottom and the other did not. So we attempted mixing them together but they tasted like fettuccine noodles and chicken with only sprinkled parmesan. Very bland and not worth eating. Then our two salads had old brown lettuce in them. We opted not to eat them either. We basically only ate our breadsticks since the rest wasnt tasty. But for $31 these 2 meals were a dud. Almost seemed like we got some left overs and they ran out of sauce? We did go a half hour before closing (9:30 PM) but staff assurred us this wasnt a problem and they were still open and they could make our take out in 10 minutes. I tried calling at 9:58PM but someone picked up the phone then hangup. They must have been closing and avoiding anymore phone calls. Hopefully the manager reads this review.

Originally our group of 12 people had planned on going to Applebees because several of us had some gift cards to use. However Applebees refused to take a reservation for a party of 12. So we called Michael Angelos and they were very accommodating and had our table set up and waiting for our group when we arrived. Our waiter Tony was excellent and the service was top notch the entire time. The food was reasonably priced and the quality was very good. Our entire group had a great time celebrating. We were there celebrating my brother in laws birthday and he received a free dessert. This was my first time at Michael Angelos and it was a very positive one, well be back again. When we left I forgot my purse hanging on the back of my chair and didnt realize it for a couple of hours. We called and they had placed my purse in their safe. When I picked it up everything was there nothing was missing. Honest and caring folks! I highly recommend Michael Angelos.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate my husbands birthday with high hopes for great food. Overall, the food was not very good at all that evening. The pasta dishes all tasted pretty bland other than the lasagna & the alfredo sauce was very watery. The parmesan chicken was the worst. The chicken was very hard to chew...literally crunchy...which was very odd & had no flavor to it. I would have thought it came out of a frozen food box & was then overly heated in a microwave. The salad & bread sticks were great though. Not sure if they were just having a rought evening or what happened but we dont feel it would be worthwhile for another visit since there are plenty of other great Italian restaurants in the area.

I went there today and the moment i went in it was a blast of cold air. I didnt really mind since i had a jacket. I was with my bro and mom so i ordered a ravioli and my mom ordered salmon house ordered salmon with a coffee and my bro ordered a alfredo. Salad was very good and so were the bread sticks, but my moms coffee was veey watery. Thats ok she wasnt big on coffee anyway. Now the food. My ravioli was very small and the chef just dumped a mountain full of marinara and it was very watery. My brothers alfredo tasted like cheese and sand with pasta. My moms salmon was good tho but u shoulf chop the veges more. Overall the waitress was very polite and we will visit again!

I had a great experience at Michaelengelos. The pizza was very good, and the server was quick and attentive. Receiving food could have been quicker, but good baked-to-order pizza is going to take a little while anyway! I would definitely go back. There were four in our party, and with a sampler appetizer, a large pan pizza and a medium thin crust was definitely enough for all of us- I took home three boxes of leftover pizza! Good value for sure.

We went there this week for the first time because we had a discount card for a dinner. We loved the food and the friendly service. Our waiter was so kind to us, adding a little extra dessert to our order. We commented that treatment like that definitely made us want to recommend the place to others.

Great Italian food for the price. Kids loved the chocolate milk and the cheese and marinara for the breadsticks. Our server Alex made sure we always had full salad on the table. He even gave us cokes to go. He really let us run the show. Service at the drive through window can be slow though.

Close to home, great salad and breadsticks, I really like the food, large portions, they have a balloon clown for kids on Wednesdays along w/ free kids dinners. My whole family enjoys going there!

Worst food ever. Alfredo sauce was brown and tasted like it had sand in it, soup was cold and looked like it was full of gelatin. Bathroom was filthy. All was bad.
