this was my first, an last visit today. when i walked in the door i was not greeted or anything, rather just blankly stared at by the wokrers. i ordered 3 subs and a drink and it turned out to be almost 30 bucks which is extremely high. a few minutes after i had ordered a phone in order called and they came and received there food beforei did which was upsetting. i went over to the side of the counter nearest to the door so i could see if the employees were doing their job right. i noticed them all to be wearing gloves which was good but i noticed a employee had their cell phone on the line, i work at penn station an this isnt acceptable there and in my opinion shouldnt be anywhere. while i was at the front i also noticed how dirty the floor was. there was chips and such everywhere although tables were clean. after waiting 15-20 mins for my food they were finally done. once i started to eat my food i realized it was not hot at all or even a bit warm. in the ads the subs were steaming hot but not here! i also has asked for light meat, but the sandwich still had quit a bit. the top half of the bread was delicious except for the ends which were hard, the bottom half was totally soggy an gross to the point where i couldnt eat it which was disappointing considering the price & how excited i was to try it. on the contrary i would like to say other than not greeting us the staff were friendly. a employee named "AJ" was very polite. also there was no manager on shift which was a bit worrying. all in all a not good experience, food isnt very good nor is it hot, it is priced to high with long wait periods and limited toppings compared to subway or penn station. staff does not greet you but are nice, also the place could use a cleaning. cahoots to "AJ" & "Ashley" for being good employees though.

Walked in salivating for the no.1 combo at 8:22 pm with my wife, place was empty, one of the female employees was working in the dining area and had more than half the center chairs up on the tables for the night, when we walked in she stopped working and just starred at us like WTF..? i asked are you about to close she said yes,i looked at my watch and it was 8:22 i asked what time do you close and she said 9 pm,.. im thinking thats not so soon? we walk to the counter and i noticed the second female employee on the floor behind the counter she looked up at me and continued cleaning a microwave on a lower shelf without gloves, wife and me stood there for about a minute or two and she never got up to serve us, the first employee called for the girl to get up and take our order but she did not move so we decided not to wait, walking out i told the first female employee who was still putting up chairs that we would go some place else and she said THANK YOU!!!! WTF is Happening to FIREHOUSE SUBS!!!! Kentucky Sucks!!!!! Bunch Fat Counrty People!!!

No military discount but they said they are waiting on approval for it. Like all subway type stores this obes got uts own gimmick. Sandwiches are nice and fresh. For the high pricest they should have more meat amounts on it. Mens restroom sink faucet is too close to thw side of the sink to wash hand properly. Soda machine leaking syrup. small wall mounted tvs with dish but not working. It would ve nice to hace tv shows invliving fires and firefighters. Hint hint

Out of the 4 times I have been there only once they got the order correct. Went yesterday and was not greeted the cashier just looked at me like she was impatient and wanted me to order. Thought about calling to complain about getting home and the order being backwards but figured nothing would change. Complete let down and waste of money.

The first time I ate there the cranberry turkey was ok but small. The second time the same sandwich had a lot of cranberries but little if any turkey. Was going to complain but decided I will eat at Subway instead.

Portions are great for the price, but the food does not taste great. Topping choices are limited. Definitely not as good as Penn Station or Quiznos.
