This is the worse I have ever been treated by anyone in my entire life We did not get our order, and still had to pay for it online When we arrived to tell them our name they were not busy We were then told that they were out of pizzas and could not make any tacos because they were out of lettuce We were willing to get the tacos with no lettuce and asked if we could replace the pizza we were told we could NOT replace anything on the order When I asked why they said because they do not have access to the online ordering and we had to call 1800-red-taco to take care of it she was very very rude and I could hear other employees laughing in t he background. So I asked if I could pull around and make the call they said no problem but regardless they could not make our order or refund us. So I pull around and call the number. This number offers NO options to deal with anything customer oriented. Instead it is all employee and vendor information according to the options. I pull back around to ask for a different number She gets even ruder and tells us she cannot help us we will need to call that number it is the one her manager gave her to use in case of any issues. Again more laughter. We asked for a refund and she again stated we had to call that number. I again explained it and she called me a LIAR. Her exact statement was "Lying about the number is not going to get you anywhere. I need you to leave my drive thru window if you are just going to lie." At that point I asked again for a refund or our food and was told I had to call that number that was it. SO, I had 5 people to feed, no more money as I only had 33 bucks in the bank and the 30 bucks was gone for the order they are not going to make. So my kids got some cheese crackers from the gas station for their very late night dinner (We had a family emergency that kept us all way past normal times) and the three kids had to split packs of crackers while the adults had nothing but free water from the gas station I have NEVER been treated this bad

having this be the closest location to my work. Over the yrs Ive seen it all. Bad service, poorly prepared and wrapped food, not clean or organized. The only thing they had going for them was the cheesy gordita crunches and Baja Blast. In the Last couple months, maybe around April or may 2017. You can tell their is a big difference in how things are done there now. Idk if the manager got replaced or got their head out of their ass before it was to late. The place is cleaner, more professional, and food presentation is superb. And the cheesy Gordita Crunch & Baja Blast have never been so good to consume. If youre in the area and been hurt from this taco bell, give it a chance again. It beats driving up to Elizabethtown to get some delicious tacos and Baja Blast.

If I could give less than one star I would. Worst service I have ever had anywhere! The workers were rude to me when I went up to have them correct my order for a third time! Two months ago was the last time I was here before now and I waited 20 mintues for our food and it wasnt even busy, finally got it and they messed up my order, waited 20 minutes for them to bring me my.corrected food that they never brought so I went up to the counter and they were standing around chatting and they had forgot to make it! So waited another ten for them to bring it out and they lady apologized and said she put "extra" on it which consisted of a ton more beans which just made it so when I opened my food the shell was completely ripped in half and everything spilled everywhere.

Drive through line long, bunch of folks hanging out in front of the restaurant. When my turn to order, "I just want to let you know that there is a fifteen minute wait." I decided to wait it out .... Was much money than 15 minutes and I watched 7 cars drive away after being told that without ordering a thing and each of them were told it was a 15 minute wait, even after 15 minutes. Its 11:02 now, there are 3 card on front of me waiting and that 15 minutes long passed. But the car that just pulled up in to order, she did not tell there was a wait. And this was only about a minute after the last car she told 15 minutes. I have my window down ... Wondering whats really going on.

The general taco bell brand is pretty good. Except when who ever is charge of the limited time promotional items drops the ball. This establishment is either good or very elongated in obtaining your order through drive through. Its about 50/50 whether Ill be able to order what I want and get in a timely fashion. They often run out of key ingredients for certain food resulting elongated wait times or early termination of their breakfast items. The customer service is usually 10/10 from the employees but who ever is managing resources needs to up their game.

This Taco bell is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever ate at! Every time I come it is a 30 plus minute wait, no matter if I go in or go through the drive thru. I have to come to a Taco bell a lot because due to my sons diet this is one of the few restaurants he can eat at. I think this store needs better trained management because their is no reason to have to wait this long for an order. I never have to wait this long at other restaurants. I might as well start going to steak houses because I seem to get my food quicker and thats really bad.

Sitting in the srive thru as im typing. Been here already 15 minutes and one car in front of me!!! Its 2:50 in the morning! Im hungry and ready to go the hell home. I swear this Taco Bell just dont have any friekin workers or something. How long does it take to make a flippin order???? Every fuckng time too!! Love Taco Bell, but ABSOLUTELY HATE this location! FYI, Im at the Taco Bell in Radcliff right up from McDonalds... FML

No military discount. Took forever to get meals. Dirty lobby. Baby highchairs dirty. They charged 10 cents more then what the posted price was. I asked for the difference and sales tax. Basically 11 cents. The manager said that wasnt possible because of their machines. So she refunded the whole meal item. Thats the only way the machines do it it seemed. So i got money back and the meal.

Everytime I come here I have to double check my order. I have 5 kids so I usually go through the drive thru. I find it very inconveinent when they forget things and I have to take all my kids inside and wait for them to quit chatting with each other to tell them about the missing items. There were several times they did that but a few of those times they tried to make it up to me.
