My wife just returned from this KFC with what was supposed to be an 18 piece box of Honey BBQ Wings and a 6 piece box of original. She specifically asked for the wings WITH the bones, as the boneless ones arent worth eating. When we opened the bag, there was a box of those awful boneless things which I threw straight in the garbage. Then we opened the 6 piece box of original. The crust was all white, like it had been soaked in water, undercooked, and you couldnt pick one piece up without it pulling its skin and the skin of surrounding pieces off. It was, in a word, disgusting. When my son found a piece he dared to try, it had so many bone fragments he couldnt eat it. We had sworn in the past that we would never go to this KFC again, but we gave it one more chance tonight. It still sucks. I frequent other local KFCs with no problems whatsoever.

The mashed potatoes were greasy, my chicken was missing half of its skin and was extremely greasy as well. It also had a giant piece of straight fat on the underside of the thigh, my mothers popcorn chicken tasted like it was fried in old fry oil and had to wait 15 minutes for 2 drinks in the drive through after she paid for the whole meal. KFC was a go to for me but this KFC has lost it.

Wow! do you want food service by the people working here? nope! cold food, bad costumer service! Is this a Dixie Hwy problem? I love to leave my money in this area but I dont , I travel away from here to shop! I live in this area but if you want my money....you must learn costumer service! and to be clean! I have never seen so many flies in my life time!

Had to clean off my table . Condiment / paper goods empty. Garbage overflowing . 2 workers sitting outback smoking cigars. Shouldve cleaned the front before going to break. One young man doing the work of 3 ppl. So dissatisfied in this KFC The colonel would roll over where he lays if he seen how bad they are representing his name n his great food!

Guy at drive-thru was friendly, but it kills me when something like chicken strips is ordered and they hand you the bag & start to shut the window without even asking about sauces! Duh! There are even new sauces that Im sure theyre supposed to be promoting to guests! Instead, I have to ask them to open the window so I can ask for some sauces.

I spent over $20.00 on an order,when I got home two chicken little sandwiches were not there. Also missing was an order of chicken tenders. No one answered when I called back to the store. I had kids that I could not leave to go back. Just AWFUL service!

I like KFC in general but this place did have a issue with chicken I had one time. The chicken leg was burnt? I didnt believe it was possible before I saw it. Not saying its not a good place to eat. But be cautious of your food before you leave
