This is a review of our many experiences of the KFC in McMinnville, Tennessee. Sometimes the chicken in the steam table is plentiful and well cooked … but a lot of the time around 4:45 pm there is hardly any chicken to pick from! Another complaint is that the biscuits are always stale around that time of day. Also, I have to ask every time I go there to get a plastic knife and spoon (why, can’t they make accessible to the public – without asking). Also I have to ask, especially, for jelly every time. Why can’t they leave it out for the public – like they do with the butter. The final and biggest complaint is that the room temperature is so very cold, in winter days, that it is unbearable and so uncomfortable.

Visit to KFC here in McMinnville and the food bar was nasty food was all over it if you work the salad bar you are supposed to keep it clean very disappointed in the chicken livers they were hard like they had them out the day before and the patatas had gravy on it where they had used the same food to dip out for the price that we paid for the food you would think it would be a little bit cleaner also when asked to put something clean on the bar the girl rolled her eyes if you dont like working at KFC and think its too much work you need to find another job they need to just go ahead and close this restaurant down keep it clean keep it clean to keep it clean

Went to eat off the buffet. Chicken had been sitting for awhile. It was so dry it would choke you. Biscuits were hard as rocks. Employees were just gathered up talking. I had to get their attention to get help. They were nice enough when I managed to get their attention. No one was attending to the buffet. Other KFCs I have ate at had an employee managing the buffet. If you plan on eating at the McMinnville KFC you might want to look at buffet before you pay the 10+ dollars a person it cost to eat. Noticed the customers coming in were not ordering the buffet they ordered other meals that looked 10 times fresher than what was on the buffet.

The workers seem rude. They dont greet you when you come in. When you ask them questions they seem to act like they didnt want to be there. I was looking at the menu and one of them was staring at me like she expected me to order 5 seconds after I look at the menu. Place didnt seem maintained well, the door doesnt have a stopper to keep it from hitting the wall like most commercial doors do so it made bang when I went out. I didnt feel comfortable eating there, I feel like the food might not be up to par. Hopefully they turn that establishment around so I can eat there. Ive been to a lot of KFCs and they seemed cleaner and more friendly.

This is not the first time my experience has been down right horrible at KFC in McMinnville TN!! Staff is extremely rude and its the same ones usually! Kayrn is the girls name who has a very bad attitude doesnt smile and acts like she hates waiting on the customers! They would not cook wedges and still had thirty minutes before they closed and basically acted like they didnt want to serve me or my kids!! This is the second time with the same girl! Our money pays their paychecks they seriously need cooperate to come in as a customer and see what they are like!! Their customer service sucks!!!!

I went by there today (this evening). I pulled there the drive thru. They hold on a minute. I told them what I wanted and they said wait a minute let me see if I have that. They come back with all we have is 4 chicken wings at is all. I asked if they are making chicken, she said take 25 minutes. I said no I found some where else. Can a place have no food when people pull up in a drive thru. That place never has it together at all. They needed updating inside the restaurant. They need people that care for the place better what they do. Thank you

My mother picked up two 2 piece dark meat meals and the chicken appeared to be hard. She called the store and a woman (one she suspected waited on her to begin with) told her to bring her receipt and they would give her four replacement pieces. She did. They took her receipt and she came home with two more HARD sorry pieces of chicken. I just returned to the United States... I was in Romania for a month. I hate to break this to you.... The KFC in Suceava, Romania made better original pieces than you do. SO SAD

Go around dinner time you get a delicious meal for great price. But any later than that not so good. Well today 2 5 17 was about sorriest service I have ever got from KFC and I go there just bout everyday.what made it worse is girl tried lying SMH , never she be out the door not for the mistake she made but for the lie. If she going lie bout a simple mistake whAt else will she lie about or has lied about.

My husband went in to order a couple over this past weekend. We had stopped going it had gotten so bad but thought just getting something simple we would give it another chance. My husband had to actually go toward the bar & yell at 2 people sitting in an office multiple times to get waited on. Service is still a joke & the bar was not kept up as usual. This place hasnt been good for 10 yrs or more.

This Kentucky Fried Chicken store has been out of one type of chicken or both types on 60% of our visits. Tonight at 6:15, in what you would consider dinner time, they were out of Original legs and the remainder of the original chicken look like it was over cooked. What a shame. When KFC has chicken, its good. The franchise owner needs to "shop" this location.

This was worst meal I have ever had from kfc. Went through drive thru. I am from out of town. No dipping sauce for chicken, no gravy on mashed potatoes and Cole slaw was so bland all I could taste was cabbage. Nothing on it. Biscuits were so hard I was afraid to drop one for fear it would Crack the floor. Never again.

Was very disappointed with service and attitudes of some of the people working there. They were outs chicken kept telling me it was cooking, that was a lie. No salt. Just a very bad dinning experience for me. Oh yeah they charged 17.10 for the so called buffet. A rip off. Do something or I wont be back.

The womans bathroom was filthy It smelled of feces, out of the two commodes, one was full of toilet paper, urine, and feces.. The buffet was decent,but could use more attention The restaurant was not busy at all, but the napkins were empty,and only the chicken looked fresh. They seemed to be under staffed.

I went to KFC at 6pm and they were out of crispy chicken at supper time,the food bar looked like it had been dryed up for a week,this place is going down fast and I will not be back it keeps going on know matter what you say.The mangers dont give a crap.
