I have never written a review on a restaurant. I have never written a review on any business for that matter.. But the trip I just made to your restaurant was so horrifying that I feel like I owe it to the world (or anyone in the greenfield area, at least) to do this. Let me start by saying the staff was fantastic. They were kind and attentive and in a better mood than you could ask of any restaurant employee having to work on a Sunday evening. The food... I dont know what the hell you put in this garbage you pass as food, but I am currently sitting on my couch in absolute misery after eating at your establishment. I understand that this isnt a 5 star restaurant, but after paying $35 for two people, I expected to at the very least leave not feeling like forcing myself to vomit is a reasonable thing to do. Also, I did not choose to eat here. It was a family birthday gathering and that happened to be the restaurant that was picked out. I havent stepped foot in a ponderosa since I was 15 years old and for good reason, apparently. Please, spare yourself the horror and bathroom destroying misery that follows eating at this place. Rant over. Homie out.

Havent been to Ponderosa in over 20 years.... But Ill day theyve improved. The food is excellent (for buffet food), and theyve expanded choices. Everything from meatloaf to hot wings, and lets not forget the stakes. They only lose one star from me because it got a little pricey. A steak and buffet will set you back 20$ per person.

I had gone to Ponderosa since I was a small child, but its been about a year since Ive been there. The interior was updated and very clean. The hostess took our order quickly and was very nice! My cup was always full and the food was warm. I am a very happy customer

We were traveling and stopped for dinner. Went to use the bathroom and it was so filthy that I was nervous about letting my service dog in there with me. I emailed Corp and never received a reply back. Ill be honest, it turned me off from all Ponderosas .

Manager came up and spoke and the server was very helpful. It was my first time in that restaurant. Its 8 miles from my home but well worth the drive. And I got senior discount. Which was given with a smile.

Eat here every week and it is what you would expect from Ponderosa, the personal is friendly and thoughtful, the restaurant is clean and located in a convenient location. I give them a 5 star rating.

Recent redesign makes buffet area more appealing. Food was good for buffet fare. Instead of offering hundreds of dishes they seem to be focusing on better quality on those offered.
