2981 Princeton Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011 I have been here a few times in the past without any issues but this day was the worst I have ever had at a popeyes. 1st the person taking the order didnt seem like they wanted to be there, 2nd the pop machine had no ice and they said we had to get it from the drive thru people and didnt offer to have someone get the ice . 3rd the pop was flat nasty. 4th we received the spicy tenders and the mashed potato and the chicken wash nasty cold and dry there were black spots in the meat, the mashed potato was even cold. ( the only thing good was the hot onion rings). I was so upset about how I was treated I left everything on the table and walked out. I ended up going to the popeyes on 5102 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield, OH 45014 very hot food and good service and drinks.

The food is great but the biggest problem is everytime im there, there are people with larger orders that come in after me and get their food long before i do. Not to mention the last 5 or 6 times i have been there i never get the sauce that i ask for. They even ask me if i want sauce, i tell them yes and what kind and its never in the bag. Not to mention 20 dollars for 10 pieces of chicken half a potato (fries) and two very thin biscuits.

Terrible service and lazy employees. This was the worst run restaurant Ive ever been in. I waited 20 minutes for an 8 piece chicken and decided on a refund rather than wait any longer. 6 employees talking about where they live and what they were doing while ignoring customers and doing as little work as possible. Everything thats wrong with American work ethic is on display here. Stay away!

The food is good but the prices at this location is higher than all the other Popeyes locations for some strange reason. The service is pretty bad extremely long wait times for your order, but I dont blame the kidd at the register I blame the managers. The managers at the Princeton rd location dont seem to care about customer satisfaction at all.

Wife got a huge hair in her fried chicken. They were out of blackened and spicy chicken when we went and they said it would be a 6 minute wait. The red beans and rice were mushy and had obviously been sitting for quite a while. Not good food. WILL NOT be going again, even if there wasnt a hair in the food...

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORLDS WORST POPEYES THEYVE JUST OPENED AND NEED TO CLOSE!!! I PLACED A SIMPLE ORDER OF CHICKEN AND FRIES AND A BISCUIT AND PAID 8 DOLLARS FOR A MEAL THAT WASNT WORTH 2 DOLLARS! HOW DO YOU MESS UP WHAT YOU SPECIALIZE IN ... I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Just came through the drive-thru.. ordered mild, got spicy. They left out the extra side of mac&cheese that they charged me for and gave me 1 large drink and 1 small drink because they ran out of medium cups. So now, I get to keep refilling my buddies small cup from my large :)

I have been there multiple times and the service & food were both excellent. I think some of the complaints on here are ridiculous & made up. No place is perfect but maybe these people are just chronic complainers.

Worked there. Nasty business, never got paid on time. They would not clean the chicken before cooking it, which meaning leaving guts etc, the manager dont know how to run the store. Needs to be shut down.

Best Chicken in town. This is what us southerners have been craving. The Apple pies are great. None of that greasy stuff they sell here. Service isnt the greatest but what can you do in this economy.
