The first time I ordered from here was horrible. The first time I called was when I was at work and a man answered the phone. I explained to him that I wanted to place a order on some food and which I gave him my address. He explained that they couldnt deliver it to my location due to it not being in the system. Now, I work not even a mile away from this place so I was confused why I couldnt get my order. So, I called again two hours later and spoke to a woman. Now, she was nice and was able to take my order and told me I had to wait 1 hour before they could deliver it there. I know 1 hour is long, but I said that would be fine. Two hours past and finally the delivery driver shows up. Once again, this man was respectful and nice like the woman I spoke to two hours ago. When I finally got to eat my pizza, the pizza was cold and the cheesy bread was stale and dried up. The next day I called and spoke to a manager which she was kind enough to give me a credit on the order and told me whenever I want to receive my credit to just call and they will deliver it to me. Three days past by and I am back to work. I give them a call explaining my information and explained to them what the manager told me. The woman on the phone explained to me that she could not help me and that I would have to wait until tomorrow sometime to speak to the general manager. I asked her why and she told me that she isnt allowed to do so. So I asked what time will the general manager will be in tomorrow and she explained that she doesnt have the exact time and that I should call a couple of times. Now Im sitting here at work thinking I would be able to get my credit for the mistake that were made and now I have to wait a whole day to call to just ask for a general manager to prep my food.... My first time ever here and I gotta say that I wont be ordering from this company anymore....

I visited toppers during my freshman year during a promotional period where the pizza was 1/2 off. They ran the promo again this year so I decided to try it again. Overall Im very satisfied with my order. + Fast, made it before my estimated time arrival which allowed myself to pick up and go. + Tastes very good, no issue with quality or taste. + Cashier was very nice, offered me plates and napkins as well as spices to add onto the pizza. - The pizza is pretty expensive without promo/coupon codes. Toppers fell off my radar after they stopped having good deals last year so Im not sure if that will be a repeat again this year. Its just not as competitive as the other pizza ships that will give you a full pizza with toppings for half the price. - The other reviews on here are slightly concerning regarding bad service. This seems to be most prevalent on phone call orders and delivery orders. I always do carry out so I personally havent experienced anything. I will update my review if I do.

My family and I enjoyed watching a Reds game tonight. Got back to the hotel late which is 10 minutes from the stadium on the ky side and were so excited to eat some pizza! We placed our order by phone and paid with my visa. We waited an hour and thirty minutes just to received and extremely rude phone call from the driver saying, "Im not delivering there." I call Toppers.The manager claimed not to be able to hear the address correctly when I placed my order but instead of conforming it he said "OK" and took my visa. Ive never complained about anywhere before, but now its too late to eat anywhere else, my kids are starving, and I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back on my card. I guess I would not have been so upset if the driver wasnt so rude and I didnt have to wait so long to find out we werent getting our food. Just seemed really unprofessional.

Ordered online. Pepperoni with extra cheese and their version of cheesesticks. Delivery was 15 minutes faster than expected )that resulted in one star) and the crust was great (second star). However, there is a very off putting taste to their cheese and pepperoni. I noticed it first on the cheese sticks so I thought it was the cheese but then I peeled off a pepperoni from the pizza and it had an off flavor too. So much so that it knocked it down three stars. When I say off putting, I mean very distasteful, gross flavor.

Ordered the tot pizza. We were very pleased with the pizza. Decided to be adventurous and order the chocolate bacon dippers, good but not my thing. Excellent customer service. After reading all of the reviews we were a bit hesitant to order. The delivery driver was very pleasant. Called when he arrived which was nice. As for time, I dont know why you wouldnt expect to wait over an hour for delivery in this busy area. So Id say the little over an hour we waited was quick! Would order again.

The food was very good bit the workers need a little bit more customer service. When I called the guy had no idea what he was doing. We were staying in the Springhill Suites and asked when we ordered if they delivered to the room. The worker said yes we do when the delivery guy to the hotel he had the nerve to call and have us walk down because he was to lazy to bring it to our room. The only reason I gave this restaurant 2 stars is because of the food

I had 1 star, but I guess maybe 2 is more appropriate? The pizza is consistently terrible, undercooked, and surprisingly under "topped" for a place called Toppers. This place serves up some of nastiest food you can find. Until 4am, so thats literally the only reason you would want to order something from this joint. The only reason people eat this is because there is nothing else available in the desert that is late night Clifton delivery service.

Ive never had the privilege of eating Toppers Pizza until today. Im staying at the Ronald McDonald House, and had a huge craving for pizza, but didnt want the usual chain store kind... Needless to say, the food was excellent! They have competitive prices and friendly service. The only thing I will say is that it took a little over an hour for delivery. Please keep in mind that today is Friday and I called during lunch! Overall, great experience!

Completely unimpressed: Regarding the guy that took my order: Lets just say I disturbed someones nap. Augh. I ordered the mild chicken wings, they sent the spicy ones. I ordered a pizza...it arrived lukewarm. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get my order. The delivery driver REEKED OF CIGARETTES !! YUCK !! They did manage to get the bottle of Coke right. I will call Papa Johns next time. Toppers employees need major training.

A crappy pizza in general. Bread sticks are ok if they get delivered! My friend has store credit for 3 pizzas supposedly. Dont expect them to honor your credit, my friend has been put on a no call list and cant redeem his. We called the manager on my number to ask if it still existed and he said no. Useless pizza service with terrible service and terrible attitude towards customers. Also delivery driver showed up smoking pot.
