Since our first date, 10 years ago, this has been our mainstay when visiting the Greater Cincinnati area. We took 14 family members tonight including our 3 children (all 6 years old or younger). We asked the waitress about a kids menu and she told us about their chicken dish. We ordered three and were VERY surprised when the bill came and we were charged $45 for 3 children. CHILDREN?! I asked to speak to a manager and was told that "she just left for the night". We were incredibly disappointed and are pretty certain after this kind of service that it will be our last visit. With meal, drink and a tip it averaged more than $20 PER child. Ridiculous.

I went for lunch and ordered off the dinner menu, to get a wider selection. The service was great. The waiter was very knowledgeable and offered details and suggestions. The speed of drink delivery and food arrival were good. I think that leaving a carafe of chilled water at the table, which they do, is a great idea. The food was A+. I think the price is a little steep (and I did order off the dinner menu, so that was my choice), but its very large dish/portions and prepared excellently. The lunch prices are better ($9-10 per lunch, plus cost of drink if you want something other than water). I highly recommend.

I really liked this place. The staff was exceedingly friendly and the food was very good. The entrees we ordered (the Bi Bim Bap, and a shrimp stir fry) were in large portions, and the Bi Bim Bap was served in a hot stone bowl, so it keeps cooking as you eat it. Dinner was also served with six side dishes. The potatoes and beans were our favorite, but it was all good, if unfamiliar. I am excited to go back, so I can either try the karaoke party room, or eat at one of the small tables on the floor, Korean-style.

Awesome Korean restaurant with some of the best Korean food Ive ever had. I like their slight twists on traditional dishes that include more ingredients. Honest to God, the food I had there was better than my moms and thats saying a LOT. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I didnt know they took reservations and showed up with a party of 10. They didnt bat an eye and made room for us. Highly recommended.

Love, love, love this place. Inside is very intimate and beautifully decorated. The food is always delicious. Best korean food anywhere nearby. It can be a bit pricey but the portions are very large. Ive always had leftovers to take home so its basically two meals. Cant recommend enough. And now Im craving a bowl of spicy noodles. Guess Ill have to drop in soon.

On a cold day my favorite thing to eat is hot stew from Riverside. Yuk Gae Jang is so delicious! They offer a variety of traditional Korean dishes including stone bowls, hot pots, bim bop, bul go gi, and in the summer they have cold noodle dishes. They offer standard seating and floor tables. There is a wide range of Korean beverages both alcoholic and not.

The food here is delicious but be prepared to spend a lot of money. Id rate it 5stars of it werent for the rude employees. We never seem to get the best service and on my last visit I went in a group of 8 people and they refused to split our checks up among everyone. There are a couple good servers but in most cases we tend to get the bad ones.

If youre looking for a real Korean restaurant you need to check out riverside. They even have the old school Korean dining tables. I ordered the sweet and spicy Korean fried chicken wings, kimchi jigae, yuk gae jang and the Galbi. Everything was so amazing. This is by far the best Korean restaurant I have been to in Cincinnati so far.

The food was really good, came here with Asian people and they enjoyed it a lot. The place is big, but its hidden, so dont be afraid to ask for more seating if you see the entrance tables full. You can have standard tables or floor tables, which I believe is great. Finally I would give it 5 stars but had terrible service.

I cant even believe how expensive this restaurant is. We didnt even get drinks and it was $55 with tax and tip. That was two entrees and one appetizer. The portion size is incredibly small as well. My husband went home and made himself a sandwich. While the service was excellent, we wont be back.

Eating at Riverside was my first experience with Korean food. I have tried other Korean restaurants in town, but nothing has beaten Riverside in quality. I come back here every few months and challenge myself to order something new each time. Bring friends/family and share everything!

This is by far my favorite restaurant EVER! My husband and I do not get to go on dates very often but when we do we ALWAYS come here! The food is amazing and fresh, the service is great, and everyone who works there is very knowledgeable about the menu. Totally worth the money!

This is an amazing restaurant that is not very popular which means that it isnt very busy. If you like Korean food you will be pleasantly suprised. The food is always exceptional and the service is good. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Took several homesick Korean businessmen here for lunch recently. They commented that the food here was as good or better than many of the family restaurants in their hometown. The bibimbap in the stone bowl is yummy on a cool autumn day.

The panchan was delicious and each dish was perfectly reflective and reminiscent of true Korean cuisine. Loved the low Asian table and the opportunity to sit on the floor, as well. Very authentic! 좋은 서비서 주셔서 감사합니다!

Really great food, nice atmosphere. Went at off hours so it wasnt really busy. We didnt eat at the Korean style tables but saw that several people were reserving them while we were there.

The food is fabulous (best gal bi Ive had) and the wait staff are all very helpful and prompt. It doesnt look like much from the outside, but the decor is as "old world" as the food
