It gets worse every time we go. We used to go weekly, then the food quality went down. When the service went to the crapper, I was done. We went dozens of times hoping they could do better. Finally we only went maybe once a year. Just walked out and food was under cooked, we didnt receive drink refills even though every time she passed by she said that she would get them. My son threw up all over himself...we asked for a box more than a couple of times and took 15 minutes to wait to pay.

Im more writing this review to describe the daytime carryout experience. Its awful. Ive ordered online 3 times. Each time I go, I have to reorder my meal because the lady cant find my ticket. So obviously my meal isnt ready, so I end up waiting another 20 minutes. Unfortunately the meal is good, so I keep giving them chance after chance. But Im over it. Applebees gets my lunch business from now on.

While the majority of their food is good, they really need to learn how to make Belgian Waffles, often making excuses for them, but never attempting to perfect them. This is not an issue at the Fort Wright store, or the IHOP in Newport - only here. I think they use the same batter they use for pancakes, which make poor waffles.

Stopped in to have a late dinner. We showed up 30 minutes before close. Waited a while to be seated, pretty obvious from the start that the staff didnt want us there. We were ready to order immediately, but no one ever came. Lots of staff visible, but we were ignored. We got up and left.

Slowest. Bob Evans. Ever. My family and I went there and there was only one or two other tables taken in the entire restaurant yet we had to wait at least 20 minutes for drinks and an hour for food. You know why? Because people stood around talking instead of working.

The food was awesome, but the service was slow, the workers pay no attention at all. I waited a good 7 minutes to get seated & there was plenty of workers, they were just to busy arguing & cussing right in front of customers! Very unprofessional.

They are slow on service..and this is the third time my take out order was very skimpy on the meat portions..it was barely enough for two adults and a child..I needed to feed four adults and I live to far away to come back for more.
