I took my mother, who is visiting from Nova Scotia, here for lunch. I cant say enough positive things for this place. Who would have thought such a gem would be tucked away in tiny Ball Ground, GA! The service was wonderful and friendly. The food was fantastic. Mom had the blackened shrimp. It was perfectly cooked and served with hand cut fries, a side of coleslaw and hush puppies. I enjoyed the crawfish etoufee. It was just the right amount of spice and full of flavor. Loads of tender crawfish made it a dish I would return for. We couldnt resist ordering the beignets, although we had to take them to go, they were delicious too. I truly felt like I was eating in NOLA!

Seemed a bit quiet for lunch food was pretty good. I ordered the Blackened CatFish Po-Boy with fries. Nothing wrong with the meal just felt like the "Cajun-zing" just felt absent in the food. Sub was much larger than what was inside and it felt like 3 full bites were nothing but bread. Still good just a tad disappointed it wasnt better.

Hidden gem. Been scouring the Cherokee county area for interesting places to eat, and missed this place for far too long. Had the Etouffee, which was solid. Also had the blackened shrimp basket, and the blackening spice is too notch. Great lunch spot.

One of the best gumbo I have ever tasted. The stuffed pork with mustard sauce is amazing. Staff was also very welcoming and friendly. It not very expensive either, 2 meals 2 deserts for just over $30.00.

Loved the food but was shocked to be charged 99 cents for each persons water. Did not find that out until we looked at the check! Will return but will make sure to bring our own water .... Just beware

This is one of those Hole in the Wall on a downtown street places that you have to go to in order to love it. The feeling was wonderful, the service was great and the food was OMG.

Had the chicken and sausage gumbo. A touch salty but other than that, the consistency and color are correct. Worth a try if in the area but not a destination trip.
