I placed an order in DT and was informed it would take 25 mins to which I agreed to wait. My 25 min wait turned into 40, when I received my order two breast were missing, the mac was missing and no plates were given. I also could tell that the chicken at the bottom of the bucket was placed there when the order was first placed, needless to say it was cold. When I went in to complain I was faced with employees that didnt seem to want to help. This only added to my frustration, so by the time the manager got involved and I was trying to pull 14 pieces of chicken out of this bucket that should have never been forced into in the first place. Some chicken skin was landing on the counter top to which a employee rudely said I am not cleaning that up. At the third time of listening to her whiny about the counter top I said it really isnt that big of a deal you just take a cloth over it and clean it. To which another employee said yeah it is, we just cleaned it. I replied if I hadnt waited 40 mins and my order was not messed up I wouldnt be in here. She then said she was going to clock out to come tell me what she thinks. I said well clocked in or out doesnt matter you still face trouble. She said she didnt care, I said neither do I and I really dont care to hear what you have to say. The manager just kept petting her and going oh now. She should have been told to clock out and go home. I guess the staff tells the manager what, when and how they are going to do things.

KFC recently spent a ton of money on a total remodel. Too bad they didnt spend any money on training! Spent nearly $40 for a family bucket. Got home and found that they didnt include the gravy for the mash potatoes and I got the wrong kind of chicken. Of course when I called they offered to correct it if I came back to the restaurant. Somewhat impractical since its a 30 minute round trip and the family was wanting to start dinner. One mistake, I can understand, but two is reflective of the training and management you can expect to receive. Probably an okay place to eat if you stay there to correct their mistakes, but dont expect your order to be correct if you take it to-go.

My husband and I went today and ordered a 12 piece meal, 12 piece chicken only, and 2 large drinks and it was $60-something. Sounded awful high so at the window we asked to remove the sides from the meal and get chicken only. The cashier rolled her eyes as she shut the window so we just left. Other times wed gotten buckets and we always had to ask for plates and forks. They should ask if you need any and how many. We wont be back there after today.

Extremely rude manager yelled "Yall" very loud three times at us as if we were to somehow understand that that was our number. When I went to get the food from the counter, half my order was missing. Food here has gone way downhill in the last few years. After taking all the fat and greasy breading off the outside of the chicken, peices of chicken werent much bigger than a Mcnugget.

Worst KFC Ive ever been to and that says something. Very trashy staff. They are rude and talk about inappropriate topics in front of guest. Zero class here. I mean my expectations are low for KFC but wow... Worst ever. Would not let them clean my bathroom much less make food. The owner needs to get new people asap.

Newer, very nice, KFC serving up fresh and tasty versions of their classic menu items. If you are a KFC fan (and who isnt once in a while), based on my experience, I think you will like this location. Store was clean, service was fast and friendly, and food was exactly what you would should always get at a KFC.

I went to the kfc here in cave city and one of the employees started laughing at what i was wraring and i will not go to that kfc ever again. I worked at a fast food place and you never laugh at a customer or what rhey wear. I was very upset and disappointed in that employees. They lost my business for good

Pot pie was way under cooked. The crust was raw. Store was nasty. Plenty of employees someone should have been cleaning. Soda fountain was out of Mt dew when let employee know they just shrugged their shoulders. All of this and they were not busy. I wont go back.

The food is really good and fills you up fast. There is one problem,everytime we go through the drive through there is always something missing like cookies or green beans. Additionally, the service is fair too, soo there you have it.

Horrible, place was filthy , trash cans overflowing, food under cooked, floors covered in food. Not nearly enough employees. Been to over 100 KFCs this one is definitely the worst. Get it together!
