Dined in today 8/4/17 @1:40pm. KFC has gone to hell! Mgr is an introvert, cashier sitting on food table texting on his phone. Served me my dine in meal in a huge box. No condiments! When I asked for salt pepper butter and honey the sitting cashier (black male, tall, lazy) acted pissed off and gave me 1 of each. The butter isnt real(buttery spread) honey is fake too- high fruct garbage. Lady in drive thru came inside because her order was wrong. After she left the mgr made fun of her for 5 min until I couldnt stand anymore and left. That was my last visit to the abomination that was once Kentucky Fried Chicken.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This is the worst place to get food in the world. 25 minute wait for chicken at 7:00 on a friday night. How do you not have plenty of chicken cooked for a Friday night? Epic Fail. Also the doors were locked and a sign saying drive thru only while workers sit inside and do nothing. Last time I tried to go on a Sunday night and they gave my food to someone else and then told me they were out of chicken. Never again will I try to go there. Popeyes you are now my go to chicken place.

I go to this store all the time and I love the service. Sometimes they dont have the food I want... Grilled chicken or hot wings... But they are always apologetic and make sure they fix it the best way they can. The best time to go is during the day on weekdays. Ive met that cook a few times and his chicken is the best.

Service has been terrible here for years. Its the only KFC for miles. Today I sat inside for 26 minutes waiting on my carry out order. The manager got very loud and rude with me for asking about my order. The whole crew was embarrassed to be there. Finally the COOK stepped in and apologized.

A one star only because I had to choose... a neg one would be far more accurate. This store is notorious for rudeness and when you get a manager she is worse! The staff is horrible, always low on food and they have cold and hard... tonight we called corporate. This store needs an overhaul...

One star is too high, workers dont care, the place is filthy, the tea container was empty, the mashed potatoes were disgusting, one employee was more concerned with seeing who was at the counter than actually trying to help his co-workers. This restaurant is in serious need of reorganization.

I went into the store and had the manager yelling at me when I asked about the menu. Their service has to be the worst Ive even seen. They have messed up on two orders which I had placed, so now I always go through my order before I leave the store. Their management needs to be replaced.

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Place big orders and they always mess them up. I have lived by this one for 5 years and they mess up my order almost every time. Not being able to get what I want in the family buckets is another thing that disappoints me with KFC.
